Sophia, A Korean lady works in this store is so rude.
when I visited here for returning item.
She told me to go to the one where I purchased the Item but I am able to return the item any location of GNC according to returning policy.
She even told me that Im a lazy person because of that… Her name is Sophia. I felt so unconfortable by her customer service attitude, so I am reporting it here. she doesnt know what she is doing.

The shop was small but Very well organized the workers wur very informative and gave us good information on what we went there to buy I will definitely return when the time comes they have everything u need for diets.

Man I love this store!!! Ok so I’m a pretty active person. I am a runner. I wanted to start taking daily vitamins to become healthier and to help me recover when exercising. Also I had questions about glucosamine for my back because it hurts from time to time. Abraham helped me out the whole time and one other employee which was a bigger guy. And they are so helpful. They took the time to explain everything to me. I blasted them with so many question and I love how knowledgeable they are. Overall great experience at this store and I will definitely keep coming.
