This place is amazing. Honest, straightforward customer service and excellent prices (cash only). I bought a fridge and a washer/​dryer from them early this year. They delivered and installed for no additional fee… And it was pouring rain that day!
They’re also great for repairs. My dryer belt broke this week and I went in to ask about repair price and timeline. The owner told me he’d order the part and have his guys pick it up the next morning. Less than 24 hours later, I have a working dryer :) they came over and opened everything up, attached the new belt, and closed it all up… In like 10 minutes. If you live in Lincoln Heights and need appliances or repairs this spot is a gem!

The technician came by to look at my washing machine in the morning (10:00AM). After looking at it for 10 – 15 minutes, he said something about needing to take the washing machine outside to work on it since he needed to drain some water out of the machine. He also mentioned that he needed to go back to his shop to pick up a dolly to move the washing machine. We had a dolly and told him that we can take it outside, but he left anyways without saying anything.
I called the company back at 11 and asked where the repair man when. Person on the phone didn’t understand what I was saying and said he would call me back in an hour, which was a lie. I ended up calling the repair company back at 12:30 and the technician that came by answered the phone. He told me that he was waiting for a dolly to move the machine outside!!! I told him that I have already moved the machine outside and it was ready for him to come look at the machine. He then asks if he could come the next day or take the machine back to his shop. I told him no that’s not possible and he needed to come back the same day. After an entire day of waiting I still did see anyone or received any calls. I tried calling them back around 4 – 5 PM and the calls went straight to voicemail. I ended up just leaving them a message to forget the repairs and that i would look for someone else.
