Staying in town and walked to Larchmont Village for breakfast. Figured I’d see if these folks had any spare eyeglass cases for sale. Not only did they fix me up with a nice case… they adjusted the frames on my prescription glasses too! I won’t mention the price. I’m pretty sure they recognized how ‘important’ I was and gave me a real special deal! hahaha Very nice people considering mine was a very minor purchase, and they could probably tell we were tourists and wouldn’t be repeat customers. I truly appreciate professionalism like that! Thank you all!

I bought my glasses about five years ago, & they’ve been great. Anytime I needed a little adjustment, they’ve always taken care of me. Last week my glasses fell on the floor, unbeknownst to me, and I stepped on them. I thought they were ruined, but I brought them in & they were swiftly repaired, no charge. Anyone can sell you glasses, but service makes all the difference. At some point in the year, I’ll be buying new frames & I’ll return to Hans when I do.

Friendly service. They helped me out when I came in from out of town with bag bent sunglasses. Thanks for the great care you gave to my Chanels!

I went in to get my Marc Jacobs sunglasses fixed and they fixed them for free. I’m down with that. They also have a lot of fancy, hip and boozhee glasses for y’all.(It’s Larchmont Village after all.) Check them out!

I wouldn’t get glasses anywhere else. Great products, knowledgeable and helpful staff with good taste. They never complain about how often my glasses need adjusting(I’m clumsy) and are just plain pleasant to deal with.

Just visited Hans this morning. He fixed my glasses in seconds flat and was so kind about the whole thing. So glad to find this gem of a optical store.

The arm broke off a pair of my Oliver Peoples sunglasses. I took them to another repair shop, which said it’s impossible to repair them because the metal hinge was broken and soldering it would melt the plastic frame. However, when I took them to Hans Optik, they did a nice and durable repair job for 18 $. I’m impressed! They never called me to tell me that my glasses were ready, and the customer service wasn’t exactly warm, but the work was inexpensive and very high quality.
