There is no reason for the cashier to ignore you. Not say thank you, when you say thank you. Very rude. Horrible customer service.

Very nice people. New owners who took over a year ago. Had my keys cut. Very reasonable price. Will definitely continue coming here for hardware needs.

It is a small store but they have all the things you need for the necessity /quick stuff. I always go there for making new keys. I like going there because it’s convenient and quick for what you need around the area.

First, the pros. The guy at the register greeted me nicely upon entry and was very attentive to my questions. The store seems clean and decently organized. But now the cons. The first time I was here, they were out of stock on some basic hardware. I thought I’d give them another chance, but the I left empty-handed during a second visit. I’m not looking for specialty items, only commonplace goods like polyurethane finish. The parking situation was odd. The store was completely empty, but the parking lot in the back(that’s clearly marked for this store) was totally full. I had to circle around a few times and park on the street. In the time it took to find parking, I could’ve already been at a lumberstore that’s only a mile away. In short, I don’t think I’ll come back. I’d rather drive an few extra minutes to a place that keeps things in stock. It’s 2 stars due to the lack of goods, but I’ll bump them to 3 because the guy was pretty nice.

I’m so glad Westwood has all these little shops. This place has just enough to save a trip to B&B for the weekend. Actually, this is the weekend, and I still didn’t need to go to B&B. In fact, I can’t remember the last time I had to go to B&B! This morning I needed to drill through some steel, and they had cobalt bits(which let you do that) in all the sizes I needed, each for under two bucks. The store is oragnized about as well as a hardware store can be, and they have great prices on stuff you might not expect(like a dog-poop-bag unroller/holder for $ 1). I’ll be back here for the next project! Tip: Free parking in rear PS: Previously called Boulevard Hardware.

Looks like the hardware store changed ownership. Lots more stuff available. I’ve been here before, shelves where empty and not a lot of verity. The new owner really want to make a good impression. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a simple tool or part needed. I picked up some filter for a forced air system. They had a lot of different sizes, I was blown away. Save me a 1 hr trip to home depot.
