I have lived in DTLA for over a year and walk by this store on a weekly basis. My friend and I finally dropped by during CicLavia on Sunday and fell in love. The clothes are very cute, reasonably priced, and don’t feel cheap. I bought three new outfits for my birthday weekend thanks to the awesome assistance of the woman working that day (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name)! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this store for women looking for great/stylish clothing in DTLA.

Love this place! Vanessa is super helpful and guides you on how to style your outfits. The clothes are amazing, but the personal touch of having someone style you, somewhat like a fashion police, is really exciting and inspiring. She was really enthusiastic about helping all the customers look their best. Vanessa really treats you like a close personal friend that you go shopping with! 5 stars for a great experience and great clothes!

Per my previous review, I had a really terrible customer service experience here. Both the manager and the owner reached out to me in a quick manner and offered to make things right.
Vanessa, the store manager, was incredibly sweet and professional. I came back a few days after the incident and she kept a dress on hold for me. She accommodated an exchange and kept pleasant, genuine conversation while I shopped around a bit more.
Although my previous experience was really unacceptable, I believe it was an unfortunate one-time incident and the most important thing is that they were more than willing to ensure they resolved a bad experience and make it as positive as possible.
Although it may be awkward running into the associate who was having a bad day again, I’ll be back since they have some really cute stuff.

I’d give this place 2 stars based off customer service and 3 for the selection of clothing. Went in during art walk. The store for the most part was empty there were some women there from Miami and the people who worked there were solely focused on them, thus 2 stars. Only when I asked if I could try something on was I helped. I might as well put myself in there. I fell in love with the dress I tried on. I purchased it and left. Meanwhile all the focus was on the women from Miami, unfortunately for the customer service provided I hesitate to return. Cute selection of clothes bad customer service.

This is the sister boutique to Bliss next door and I have to say it was awesome! Georgina, the fashion consultant, was absolutely adorable, helpful and sweet! For some reason Unilocal has the map wrong so know its on 6^th and Spring Street! Check it out!
