I found a sofa on their site and couldn’t wait until they opened to get more info. I checked out reviews of the other stores and was a little nervous about how I would be received since some of the other locations have less than stellar cs reviews. I’ve sold furniture in the past, so I can’t deal with bad customer service. Drives me nuts. This location didn’t have any reviews yet, and they were closer, so I decided to call downtown. Will answered the phone and was so nice and enthusiastic about answering all my questions I actually drove from the valley to downtown in horrible rain today to check out the sofa while he was there. The minute I walked in the door, I was greeted and knew it was Will. He was very friendly,(genuinely friendly, not fake) took us straight to the sofa and left us to check it out. After a short bit, he came to check in on us. The sofa was not quite the color I needed so I asked him about a dining table I also saw online. He went and found out all the info. They didn’t have it on display at the moment, but he showed us a size similar to the one we were considering. If either of the pieces had been the right size/color for our space I would’ve handed my cc over and bought them immediately. Will was so helpful and not sales-y at all. Made my worries about cs issues go away. The store is gorgeous, too! Really wonderful layout and easy to see all the pieces. Happy to know there’s a location closer to the east side of town, and bonus, a great staff! I’ll definitely be back.
