Hotel Bel-Air Spa by La Prairie

for yoga experience. the charge were 175.00 per person (it was 2 of us) per hour, in busy GYM„ loud, no space, when we came in,(someone ells was lifting weights in same space as we end up doing yoga later). We started 20 min late, our instructor was good, but it was absolutely shame to offer private yoga at this price in crowded happening gym. I strongly recommend till they find appropriate space not to offer this service and charging these prices.

We had the most amazing experience at this spa!!! When we arrived at The Spa, Michelle was extremely helpful accommodating us. She was genuine and wanted to make sure our whole experience was perfect! We got the Bachelorette Bliss package for 5. One of our party members was arriving late straight from the airport and they made sure she was taken care of when she arrived as well as her luggage!
Once we got into our robes and slippers, we were directed to the relaxation room where we can sit together for a bit. The snacks provided were great and delicious! Especially the Happy Day hot tea! With natural honey! The most amazing tea we had!
After relaxing a bit 2 went off get a massage and the rest of us went to get Manicures! I have to say Patty, Lissethe, and Jojo were the most amazing girls everrrrrrrrr! We had a great time laughing with these 3 ladies! They did a fabulous job on our manicure! I’m coming back to this place because of those 3 ladies plus Michelle!
After we were all done with manicures and massages we met back up at the relaxation room to enjoy some chocolate covered strawberries and champagne!
This place is just the perfect size for a group of 5 girls coming for a bachelorette! I suggest this place to anyone! The price is not half bad either! And who knows, you might end up seeing someone famous!

Beautiful Spa, amazing therapists and friendly staff. I’m happy they got rid of the old Director Nicole. I absolutely LOVE this place! You get to choose your own music. The waiting lounge is peaceful and my appointment started on time. I had a sweet lady named Dalesha. (I hoped I spelled that correctly) She was everything!!! The Hotel itself is heavenly…

Lissette is the best nail technician ever! The pedicure she gives is gorgeous and done with surgical accuracy! The remodeled spa relaxation area is beautiful and private.

What a disappointment. Let me first start off by saying I love Hotel Bel Air. I had my daugther’s 100^th day celebration at this hotel as well as her first birthday party here. Service and food is exceptional at the hotel and I expected just as much if not more at the spa. What a let down.
When I got to the spa at 8:30am, (the spa opens at 8am), the spa was not up and running. I tried to use the steam sauna but the lights were out. The front desk suggested that I leave the door open and use the steam sauna so I don’t trip, so I did, and then a floater comes in and says I should close the door because it was fogging up the vanity area. Are you serious?
For my treatment, i booked the early bird special where you get the 90 minute massage for the price of 60 minutes. I really liked my therapist Suzanne, but unfortunately, La Prairie products did not jive with my face and left my face burning. We had to take everything off and I’m still peeling to this day. It’s been 1.5 weeks since the facial. When it was time to pay, the front desk, said she’d give me 15% discount for all the «inconvenience» I had to go through. But seriously, just 15%?? Also, they erroneously charged me for a regular 90 minute massage, but I corrected her right away. When you book the early bird, you also get a drink of your choice before or after the treatment. I had to remind the front desk of this offer but I never got the drink even after waiting around 30 minutes after treatment.
I think this spa needs a new spa manager. What a huge disappointment.

I love this place! I’ve been to a other ones but this truly beats them all! Everyone is so nice! they make sure you feel like royalty. Amazing staff I definitely recommend this place to everyone. I left more than satisfy and that doesn’t usually happen.

Visiting this Spa is a MUST!!! The décor, the atmosphere and the staff make you feel like a star!!! Jojo is the most amazing nail tech in the area. Absolutely no complains and the quality is as good as it gets :)

Yessssssss!!! Talk about amazing! I normally don’t write reviews but this spa and it’s friendly attentive staff really made an impression to say the least. You come to expect a lot when it comes to bel air but when your expectations are exceeded you have to shout it out! If you visit this hotel and don’t make time for the spa what a disservice you have done yourself. Five starts folks. No doubt !!

Great place to go when you want ultimate pampering and quiet. You feel like you are far away from the hustle and bustle of LA. I come here for body treatments mostly, but they are so professional and courteous once you walk in, you’ll feel like a VIP all the way. I love everyone there. My favorite is the caviar body massage. Absolute heaven. It is worth it.
