Yet again, we downtown denizens are graced with another beverage retail outlet that GETS it. So, the ownership for this little shop has changed hands. And it’s now turned from one of the many blow-​by and blink & you miss it (how are you even making money???) stores, to something that actually offers quality domestic craft and Belgian ales for sale. I was surprised, pleasantly, to see many of my favourite ales available in their coolers; Tripel Karmeliet (in a 4 pack even!), Delirium Tremens, Unibroue offerings, and many MANY more to satiate your cravings. The space is small, but right to the point. It looks like they’ve got some plans to possibly host some wine tasting events in the future, so I’m really looking forward to these guys sticking around. Another good addition to the downtown beverage retail landscape.
