Great place for computer repairs and upgrades. Prices are very reasonable, easy parking, and lot’s to do in the mall while you wait.

This is where my saga of the USB cable begins. I’m in the middle of K-town(unfamiliar area) and I’m helping someone install a printer but he is missing a USB cable. He suggested we go to Hy Computer. Unfortunately, Hy Computer is out of USB printer cables so they point across the street and said you could get one there… Next time? Nice enough guy working there but how often would I go to K-town to buy computer anything?

I brought my 2012HP laptop computer to this place because it wasn’t turning on. They called me within one business day with a diagnosis which was a broken motherboard and fixed it for an affordable price! Recommend it highly!

I brought in my Sony Vaio laptop the other day because my computer kept dying whenever i turn them back on. Since this store is close to where i live, i decided to drop by to see whats up. The people over there were very friendly and knew what they were up to. i meant Professionally! Unlike other stores, they make thorough examinations and gives an estimate which i thought was pretty affordable compared to the places i have checked before making a decision. I really recommend this place.

I brought in my iPad 2 because I dropped it and broke the screen. When I got it back I didn’t really look it over until I got home. After using it I realized it the screen wasn’t fully attached to the case and the new screen wasn’t even glass anymore it was thin plastic. Within a week and a half the screen already cracked stemming from the area where it didn’t fully glue down and the flexing of the cheap screen material and two days later it started cracking in the middle having only to do with the material being thin. I called about it and he told me it had to be that I dropped it again and that it wasn’t cheap plastic. The thing seriously feels like some cheap knockoff of an iPad now. I took it back this week to give him a chance to make it right but he denied everything and said there was nothing he would do beyond having me buy a new screen. At this point Im out $ 180 and still have a broken screen when apple would have replaced my IPad for $ 250. PLEASE do not go to this place, you will get subpar quality and bad/no customer service after the sale. You are better taking the money you would pay Mike and burning it.
