Edward definitely knows what he is doing. I appreciated the call before and on-​time appointment.
He knew a lot about refrigerators and I had a great experience talking to him. The guy on a phone was very intelligent and knowledgeable as well. He was able to answer my questions like he is a technician too. (He probavly was).
Customer service was top notch! For sure I would call them back in a future if I need any advice or get a job done.

What a wonderful service! I called this morning for an appointment and 2 hours later technician showed up and took care of my washer and dryer for a very low cost.
I was very surprised to see such courteous professional (Edward) since I had so many bad experiences before.
Definitely will recommend ICU to all of my friends.
