I was dragged into the Mac world by my kids and needed to get up to speed without losing time and money. IE helped me get my devices set up at home so I could function easily and communicate effectively. It wasn’t as scary as I thought. Steven came into my house and set up my iPhone, lap top and iPad. By the time he left I was feeling very comfortable and efficient. I had to call him a few times after the initial meeting and he was very responsive and walked me through my questions and concerns. I am definitely going to recommend him to family and friends.
