Words will never be enough to describe what Dr. Ippoliti has done for me; he’s saved my life twice now — once ten years ago, and again just last month. I first met him at the ER at Cedars when my condition was so bad my old doctor gave up and sent me to Cedars. His expertise, compassion and calm demeanor always save the day. Yes, you’ll usually have a long wait to see him… But I’d rather wait for the best than see a mediocre doctor quickly.

Rebecca Artadi, Ippoliti’s assistant, is without a doubt the stupidest, most inept individual on the planet. Her stupidity sadly translated into medical negligence insofar as my situation. Artadi and Ippoliti both did not address issues with my insurance in a timely manner and completely neglected to do what any professional medical provider with a modicum of integrity would do and as a result almost a year later I’m stuck fighting my insurance company due to their MEDICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE NEGLIGENCE. I’m disgusted. Cedar Sinai is worse than going to a county hospital for free. In fact, you’ll likely get better and more professional care and surely won’t have to deal with the overwhelming STUPIDITY OF REBECCA ARTADI WHO FRANKLY HASN’T A CLUE HOW TO DO HER JOB PROPERLY, so you’ll be far better off at County or Kaiser. The hospital talks a lot of nonsense about «respect for patients» but when given evidence that the contrary has happened pretty much tell you to kick rocks. Of course, they can do this easily as they’ve already been paid a ridiculous amount of money for a procedure that you can have done anywhere else on the planet for half and be treated with respect AND not have to deal with the likes of Rebecca Artadi who is clearly the poster child for all things STUPID and for lying in order to try and avoid proper insurance follow up and then when caught lying lies more. Less than negative stars if it was possible. It’s disgusting that Cedars has sunk to the level of free healthcare or less than that given the total lack of decorum and respect their staff is expected to have and expected to treat patients with. THE HOSPITAL DOESN’T GIVE A FLYING SHIT HOW THE PATIENTS ARE TREATED. This hospital and Ippoliti and Artadi are a very sad example of what Healthcare in America has sunk to. It’s a rampant game of bad faith and medical negligence run amok and the hospital does nothing to reign it in. They ignore it and are too cowardly to speak to any patient who comes demanding to be acknowledged. It’s disgusting.

Dr Ippoliti is the best. When I came to him I was in the middle of a terrible colitis flare. He has gotten me to remission for the first time since I have been diagnosed. He has seen it all and knows his stuff, he is also very intuitive. I feel so lucky to have him in charge of my colitis.
