Jack In The Box

Lauren works the drive thru and is one of the nicest Jack n the box employees ever. He is patient and got my order right and was nice enough to let me add extra food to the order he really made the experience. I will definitely come back :)

Honestly the worst jack in the box I’ve been to… First of all they’re customer service sucks!!! Second of all the first time here one of the employees sprayed air freshener all over the restaurant so while we ate we kept getting that intoxicating stench of air freshener. Then to top it off they gave us COLD tacos with the cheese not even melted oh and their restrooms look and smell like shit!!! The manager LILIA of this location is so rude to the customers! Overall worst service definitely will not be returning here…

This is an updated review of this location. I was working nearby and dropped-​in to have some lunch and to take a bio-​break. I had my typical Monster Nacho Taco and tried the hazelnut iced-​coffee. The fake nacho cheese with the mystery meat taco was awesome! I also enjoyed the taste of the hazelnut iced-​coffee.
The inside looks like it has been remodeled and it actually looks really nice. It was unfair of me to give this establishment a low rating initially just based on my first impression due to the bullet proof glass at the register. The kid sweeping the floors inside the restaurant and outside was very friendly. The girl at the register was also very friendly. They had a great smile and good attitude!
Bottom line…
I still can’t get over there are many places in the area that also have safety glass separating the customers from the employees. I’d come back here again if I were working in the area (in the day time).
Food = as expected
Seating area = very clean
Service = very friendly
Restroom = The restroom appears to have been newly remodeled. However, the restroom is pretty gross. Dudes just can’t grasp the idea of aiming straight or lifting the the damn toilet seat!

Messed up my order gave me the wrong sandwich forgot to give us straws had to go in from the drive through because they forgot my fries. Very disappointed.

I just had my credit card information stolen and used at this location to purchase $ 22 worth of food. Seems like a pretty shady place. :(

Spanish manager closed the doors at 9:50pm and then ignored me when I showed her the time. I will not be eating here again!

First impression… a pile of crap (shit) in the parking lot… it looks like it’s been there for a while. when I went to order my food I told the team leader on shift. they respond at all yeah I know what it is. with that kind of response they were aware of the situation in the parking lot and did nothing. when I advise them to go pick it up and clean it up because of someone stepped on it and give her the can do a lawsuit. it didn’t phase him I been here eating my tacos for the past 20 minutes and no one went out there to do anything.

The food is okay but if you dine in be prepared to be asked for change by local homeless folks.
