Came in this morning for a breakfast sandwich and had great counter service from Rosie and Klarisa, my order was correct and came fast, and Klarisa even brought it to my table and asked more than once if i needed anything else, great job Jack in the box, i will defenitly be back

25 minute drive through… frustrating. When I got to the speaker they still said can you give us one second. 1 minute later … I finally had the time to order.

Why pay for a drink? I saw five people bring their own bottles to use the fancy Coke machine while I waited for my food. The workers did not say a thing. No wonder we don’t get nice things in the hood.

I hate Jack in the Box but I decided to give them one last try. Shame I went to this location… Slow service at the drive-thru and they fucked my order. The burger I got was disgusting and the fries were equally as bad. The lowest you can get with fast food.

So I’m waiting in the Drive Thru line which is a few cars deep, I finally make it to the speaker and ask for a Shake… no more shakes for the night.(Really on this hot ass night?) Of coarse I’m gonna get upset. The least mgt can do is put up a sign… I can’t leave the drive thru line anymore. So after I make that comment all of a sudden they’re just cleaning the machine… would I like to wait. Duh. I order a smoothie which as of this morning supposedly they are no longer selling. I also hear the car in back of me trying to order a shake and was told no more shakes. I’m gonna wait… so why wouldn’t you ask him if he wants to wait? We’ve been in this line for 15min already.

Messed up my order but was in a hurry. Plus 15 minutes in a drive thru is unacceptable. I know the location probably keeps you busy but improve the service.

After a long day of work I got a bomb Ass or Oreo shake. So thick can hardly get through the straw, I love it

Been here many times at several times of the night and I’ve never had a problem with both the service and speed that Ive gotten my food. The drive through can be a little complicated if you come at it from the Jefferson Street and unlike other Jack in the Box locations I have never been hassled by random people at night on the street. Jack never disappoints! Curly fries for all.

Dirty restrooms that they need to buzz you into, plexiglass protection for workers when you order so you can barely hear them = probably lots of shootings? = stay away. Otherwise the food is same old jack in a box.

I’ve been here twice, in the drive-thru. It doesn’t seem to matter what time of day I drive by, this JitB is always BUSY. The first time I came here, they omitted some items I ordered. I did not realize this until I pulled up out of the line, so I had to park my car & go inside. When I told the girl they forgot my tacos in the drive-thru, there was no apology. How sad is that? When she handed me my tacos, she actually said«have a nice day». I told her to have one too. I think it was like after midnight lol. It appeared that I wasn’t the only one who had to come back inside to get the rest of their order. Upon leaving, I got hit up by 2 guys: one wanted money & the other wanted to know my name. Oh lordy… get me out of there fast! I returned a 2nd time a few nights ago. I’ve been wanting to try the late night $ 6 Hella-Peño Burger Munchie Meal that’s only available after 9pm. The order-taker was friendly & he got my order accurately. In other words, I received everything I ordered. Yay there is hope. I’m not a connoisseur of fast food by any means, but the munchie-meal was pretty good. Oh, & I did not encounter any bums looking for love or handouts. Nice.

Check your food thoroughly before leaving the drive-thru. They are known for serving Cold, Old french fries. Today my entire meal was cold.

Absolutely worst Jack in the box I’ve ever been to. Rude and dirty. And by dirty I mean cockroaches came out from under our table. While we were eating! And then manager says it’s something we need to deal with cause they come from outside! No that is not something I will deal with! Never again and I coming here or for that matter to any Jack in the box!

I have pretty low expectations, but as area drive-thru fast food joints go, this one is okay — food is okay, order is accurate 90% of the time, service is friendly 75% of the time, change is correct, line is fairly short, and parking lot solicitations for«spare change» are limited… It is a «Jack in the Box», so you get what pay for, but fortunately, you don’t have to pay too much.

Everyone knows Jack in the Box, so I am not going to tell you anything new or revolutionary about their food. The main thing that I do want to say is that the service that I received when I ordered from the drive-thru here was fast and friendly. The woman who took my order was named Nicole, and she was extraordinarily pleasant. It was very much appreciated. The food itself was good. I ordered a fajita pita and egg rolls. I have had this same meal many times before, and it tasted exactly how I have come to expect it would. My only complaint is that my pita was stuck to the foil wrapper that it came in, and it fell apart when I tried to take it out. I still enjoyed it even though it was a pain to eat.

Probably the saddest burger I’ve ever eaten. It wasn’t the homeless people in the parking lot. It wasn’t the plexiglas partition separating the counter from the customers. It wasn’t the unappreciated employees toiling here, clearly over it and just trying to get through their day. No, it was the god awful music. I don’t know what was playing, but it made me want to cry. What’s the secret ingredient in the special sauce? Tears. It felt like the building itself was trying to drive customers away. I’m not pinning these two stars all on this location though. Jack’s Big Stack burger shares a lot of the blame. I’m a sucker for a gimmick, and thought I’d give it a shot. Jack must have just been jamming random menu items together till he found something that stuck together. Two patties on a Sourdough bun, with onion rings, mustard, «pickle filets»(seriously, that’s direct from their website), and mayo-onion sauce. I like sourdough and onion rings on a burger. But this was a salty, oozy mess. I dunno how you can make a burger taste dry and greasy at the same time, but congratulations Jack, you pulled it off. If this is what counts as innovation at Jack In The Box HQ, they’re in trouble.

The location of this JITB is perfect for me on my way to work in the morning. Drive Thru usually runs fast. I like that I can get breakfast at any time. Also, one time I left my wallet in the dining room. Came back three hours later, and the manager had it and all the cash and cards were still in it!

This jack in the Box recently had a huge makeover and now looks more modern… and security-conscious. When I was young I always had a problem with JitB, though I can’t remember why. Then in my college years i was reintroduced to thier chicken sandwiches and i’ve been coming back periodically ever since. I always though thier tacos tasted wierd compared to other taco places around LA and then I found out they were tofu tacos UGH! I hate tofu; thankfully Jack’s menu has so many options it never became an issue. From egg rolls to breakfast all day, sourdough bun substitution on anything, grilled chicken strips, teriyaki chicken bowls, steak pita sandwiches, churros… Jack’s easily has the most diverse fast food menu of any chain anywhere, and I give them credit for not being just burgers and chicken. If only everything had so much variety. I give a special mention the the Outlaw Spicy Chicken Sandwich, something I believe Carl’s Jr. Should have had years ago yet they still don’t. Essentially a BBQ Bacon Western chicken sandwich, the Outlaw is my current King of chicken sandwiches, so delicious I once had 2 in 2 days(then gained 4 pounds because of it but whatever: D). Both were impeccable, commercial-ready masterpieces.
