Jack in the Box

Worst customer service, i totally disapointed, i ordered a burger and asked the old guy behing the register if it’s possible to plug my phone for charge because my phone was dead and he took it from me and i had my burger, after 15 minutes i got my phone and realised he never pluged it. You can say at first place that you can’t accept it and i can move at least not wasting my time. So disapointing is this how you treat your customers? You guys need to act more professional.

I stop in at this jack-​n-​Box To get me 2 chicken sandwich wit hash brown, disappointed because my hash brown was cold didn’t have time to go back an let them know the hash brown was cold, am the lobby had a stinky smell like someone need a shower.

I wanted to give a shout out to Maria and Evelyn that work the night shit. Order drive thru and they gave me exceptional customer service. We’re very nice and customer service friendly.

If you want a glimpse at what hitting rock bottom is… strole by this drive thru… lol

Well if you like fast food go for it, kinda scary how fast the food is ready though, seemingly it was prepared before I got there idk, but uh go team for quick service.

They suck! I asked for jumbo jack no cheese. I get cheese. I asked for curly fries and yep, I get regular fries. Thanks for ignoring everything I ask for

The management is the worst. I’ll be writing to their corporate office for sure! Dolly is the night shift manager she spit on my food not thinking I saw her because I asked did they serve fish. Her and Veronica or Vanessa something with a V were more than willing to give me a problem rather than accommodate me. They work in service but here acting like they work as strippers at the strip club with no class and bad attitudes. Dolly being the manager should’ve been more than willing to help her customers but she was about making sure her customers had a awful experience and her employees were ok. This is the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in service. I will complain Everytime I come to this location and see either one of these girls. They’re the worst you need better service!
If I could give them zero stars I would!

Dirty restaurant. Cold food. Smelly bathrooms. Lots of people loitering in the lobby and outside which makes it unwelcoming.

Nice personal service! Food served open on trays and delivered to tables!
Prices inexpensive, still $ 1.59 for Jumbo Jack.

¿Por qué no puede la gente de alquiler rápido de restaurante de comida para hablar Inglés comprensible, yo no estoy pidiendo que contratar a un traductor, pero contratar a alguien que puedo entender! Hago hablar español pero soy un vivo Español /​americano en EE.UU. no España o México!

Por no hablar de la gerente le permite a los drogadictos sin hogar y poppers píldora permanecer en frente de la tienda!
¿Qué tipo de propietario /​gerente querrían sus clientes para hacer frente a esta mierda! LAPD y el departamento de salud deberían cerrar este lugar!
De todas formas, yo nunca voy a este Jack in the Box de nuevo!

I really enjoy coming to this Jack in the Box. Every time I come by to this place (once or 4 times a year), I enjoy my experience. The staff is by far the best staff ever! They always get my order right and it’s always hot :) There was a time where I didn’t have enough cash and they were able to adjust my order to get what I want (small drink or small fries) to make my order come out to the right price. This Jack in the Box deserves more appreciation than any other! This area is filled with homeless yet they manage to keep the inside clean and the food good enough to enjoy. If I ask for extra, they put extra. If I ask for sourdough on any burger, they will put it. I’m just happy to have this place near by and to say all the staff is wonderful and for a fast food joint, they give a nice vibe and welcome (unlike most). Thanks Jack in the Box staff! You all are awesome: D

Fast drive-​thru, chick (Alex) at the window was extra friendly. Made my deal even better. Awesome drive thru.

Just your typical type of restaurant that offers chain fast food. There was nothing special nor different than any other Jack in the Crack! The staff was what I expected and so was the service, I just wanted a quick beverage and got out of there. Not a place that I would go back to and visit but, it is what it is.

Drive through. Got some appetizers and a number 2. I was an idiot for not checking the contents of the bag. Got charged for it too. Not going back

I stopped here out of hunger and what a mistake. Food was typical fast food, so I can’t complain. It was my stupid ass’ fault for deciding to get fast food-​poison.
Anyway, the first step I step into the store, I was removing my helmet and some homeless guy says, «Give me a dollar!» Seriously! And in mid helmet removal, I didn’t see that there had to have been 8 homeless people occupying tables for PAYING customers. I ignore it due to the fact that I hate being ordered around. Perhaps if he ASKED me, I may have considered. As I walked away, he screamed, «I know you f@cking heard me, don’t pretend like you didn’t!»
While I am ordering and waiting, I hear them asking everyone who walks in for a dollar. In fact one female was so freaked out she turned around and left.
I am giving a one star because the management not only allows this, but they turn a blind eye to the way these people harass customers and scare them away. I am not sure how corporate allows this to continue. It’s disrespectful to customers and all around rude, loud, belligerence, vulgar atmosphere. I could not even eat y food because of the vulgar crap they were talking about.
F this place. It’s a hellhole.

I would like this place more if their management was more attentive to keep away the crazies away and have more friendlier cashiers but obviously management must be spending their salaries else where.
The drive thru is fast, accurate and seem happier.
It is what it is with their menu, good unhealthy food we all love to get on a busy day. Other than that, they need to expand their coffee menu like mickey dees have. But I love their churros, jalapeño poppers and potato wedges!

This Jack in the Box is pretty neat. Other than the fact that homeless people hang around, I liked it. The staff were efficient and friendly and the food I got was fresh (sourdough jack, curly fries, and club salad). There’s plenty of parking and it’s right off the freeway!

This place is MUCH improved after recent renovations. The food is hot, fresh, and tasty. Service is always speedy and kind. What else can you ask for from JITB?
Only down side is that they close at midnight. Late-​late nighters, hunt elsewhere.

never ever been into this one… and i finally got a chance too… i was expecting it to be real hood and nasty… it wasnt that bad! at all… t was clean and there werent any homeless inside… nice.
the only reason why i give this place a two star is because they didnt wanna accept my coupon for a free iced tea! i was made and had to get a free kona coffee instead and it was nasty!

JBX is always a «good» idea after a night of drinking and hanging out with friends. This location however has left me with a bad taste the last two visits. Either their tomatoes are rotten or it’s from a old expired can. One bite made me stop. Avoid and visit another location.
