First off we were not greeted and the employees walked by us so many times not even doing anything. Only 2 other customers where inside the store so it wasn’t busy. I had a coupon for the another free drink and the girl clearly didn’t know what she was doing and than said I mean it’s been used in such a nasty rude tone, the coupon had in fact not been used and I really didn’t mind paying for another one but the girl just walked away without saying anything and went to go get the manager who helped us out. But surely never coming back here. Talk about bad customer service.

Absolutely the worst location. Take forever to get a drink. At the location now and it’s going on 15 minutes to get a drink. Employees aren’t even concerned that it’s taking forever. Do not come to this location of you do not have to come!!!

This place sucks. Got my order wrong & the woman that made the drink gives me a nasty look, the woman that took my order gets an attitude as well. The drink I wanted couldn’t be made because they didn’t have one of the ingredients, the ingredient is used for a few of their drinks and there’s no sign letting customers know. The juicer has been broken for over a week so forget about getting any type of veggie other than kale. Go somewhere else.

This has got to be the worse location. They either are always out of something or something is broke can’t make fresh juice. Untrained people on the register who don’t even know how to even communicate properly with customers! Had to walk out. Line was ridiculous because of untrained staff on register. Don’t even waste your time at this location.

I haven’t the slightest idea as to why this location is poorly rated. I frequent this Jamba Juice on a weekly basis and never experience issues. Despite being under staffed; the staff is always friendly and cheerful and the smoothies are great.

well the taste of the drinks r good but the wait is ridiculous its like 15 min line 15 min to get my drink and of course. Before those 30 min it take like 10 min to get good parking :-|

By far the worst Jamba Juice! Horrible customer service. You have to wait forever for someone to just take your order, the employees walk around and don’t acknowledge the customers waiting in line. They finally help when one of them feels like helping!

I’ve been to this particular location numerous times. The smoothies are always made to perfection but I service is pretty sub-par. I’ve been in the mornings, weekends and evenings and almost every single time I’ve had to wait an excessive amount of time for my drink. The servers were always polite and helpful. I could never complain about their attitudes or dispositions. It was just the untimely manner of smoothie process that drove me crazy., I am overly excited that we finally got a Jamba Juice East of La Brea and hopefully other businesses will soon follow. I hope that upper management reads these comments and something is done concerning the slow smoothie making process. Nothing can kill a business faster than poor reviews and awful service. Good luck guys and I hope things will improve at this location. I had to stop coming here on my way to work because I was tired of always being late.

If you’re expecting good customer service and a speedy transaction AVOIDTHISESTABLIMENTATALLCOST!!! True story, I walked in at at approximately 1:25 pm. I waited in line for ten minutes just to place my order.(There was one couple ahead of me by the way) I waited another TWENTYMINUTES(20) for the staff to prepare my order!!! And that’s only after I asked how much longer I’d have to wait!!! Finally received my order at 1:56 pm after I said I couldn’t wait any longer and wanted my money back. Oh yeah, just to clarify I only ordered a Citrus Kick!!! I will not be going back unless I have nothing better to do with my time!!!

It’s Janna juice so where can you really go wrong? The service is good. The store front is a bit dirty though and I had an ant crawl on me while sitting at the bar. So my biggest gripe is the outside dirtiness.

I hate to write this review because I’m so glad there is a Jamba juice off Western in South L. A…but DARN-iT! Each time I go in there, I am greeted by the looks of the angry workers. You know the kind that hate their jobs and are mad at you for wanting a smoothie? The angry man who made my drink was so angry that he turned my Kale smoothie into Guacamole. This place is truly magical! I had the worst smoothie known to man at this location. I don’t think I can go back. Ladies and Gentlemen of Jamba Juice off Western… Be better. PLEASE! Look at the reviews… It’s you! Change it, or quit your job. To the angry man-manager. Grow up! Why should we feel bad for wanting a smoothie? To my Unilocalers who have experienced the same lack luster service. Call Jamba juice corporate. Make them change this. We don’t want this type of behavior in our community. I honestly don’t know why I keep coming to this location. The girls that usually work the weekday morning shift are always more concerned with other things that actually taking my order. I’ve actually been late to work because I’m waiting around for them.

WORSTSERVICEEVER!!! Plus its super ghetto! Geez, just because a place is in the hood, it doesn’t mean it needs to be hood!.. but cheese and rice this place is nasty. My coworker and I came here because she wanted a smoothie and we were a bit in a rush since we only have an hour lunch. These hoodlums who work here were too entertained by some broads trying to get their numbers and what not, that they totally ignored the fact that we were there! The only reason we got helped was because I had a pissed off face!!! It took them 15 mins to freaking acknowledge us! I was ready to go, but since we had already waited, might as well just wait a little longer, order, and get out of there. This Jamba Juice needs some new employees, and a total store makeover. This place is dirty, maybe if it wasn’t all men working at this place being all thirsty over some broads, the place would be decent looking and clean. Definitely never coming back to this place again. V-O-M-I-T-R-O-C-I-O-U-S!!!

This specific location is always crowded most times line is out the door but the customer service is wonderful. The ladies are very helpful and patient especially with a picky selector like myself. I try to come early in the morning to avoid the crowd overall, they’re a thumbs up in my book.
