The food is good, but, just a little pricey. However, their customer service when you call in to the restaurant is horrible. I called in to check on the status of my order, the guy cut me off before I could even really say anything. He put me on hold, started arguing with someone else (for what seemed like 4−5mins). Thats not to mention, almost every time a certain driver delivers he just so happens to be having a full blown phone conversation.

The Food was so bad the only thing really good about it was the salad, and I don’t even like salad. The hot dog left me speechless. It had a dry, rubbery consistency and the color was off. I have never questioned what type of meat I’m eating until now. The Burger was ok. The ribs… I guess ok, but nothing memorable. The so called bbq sauce taste more like ketchup then actual bbq. I’m disappointed. I expected better. I’m not eating here again. It’s my fault. Read reviews people! I regret not reading the reviews. I was just so just so hungry I was blinded.

Service is horrible, food was whatever. Had a number of problems with the people there just cause they were in a bad mood. Always giving attitude and straight disrespectful. This place is classless and ghetto, they messed with my food brought it cold and denied the it being cold like I’m some dumbass who can’t feel my own food in front of me. (they also spit in it or defiled it in some other way) cause that food had evidence of it all over.
Called store to see if we can fix it and I’m told «well what do you want me to do about it?»
Pfft the nerve of them to just sit and argue with me not wanting to do anything to fix their problem of dropping off food 2 hours later.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE. DISAPPOINTMENT AND DISRESPECT WILL COME YOUR WAY!

Ordered thru grub hub and delivery was super fast. Fried zucchini was the pizza was super cheesy but dem hot wings not so great. Overall we were pleased. I will eat here again

I usually grab this food delivered through grubhub and have always had a great experience. Always early with the delivery never had a bad batch of food and I order from them atleast 2 times a week when I’m at home feeling so lazy to cook. Great guys great food the sandwiches are huge and filling

Beware! This place double-​taxes folks. When I called back to double-​check the cost of the order I’d placed for delivery, the guy at the cash register sighed. And then we didn’t get our order until an HOUR later, even though we’re five minutes away.

What a disappointment when you’re a vegetarian and they pay no attention to my specific order of HALF CHEESE ONLY. Ruined my dinner for the night and I had to scrape everything off. I would have called for a replacement but the sauce was too sweet and crust wasn’t good anyway. Never again

I love the Garden Salad, Vegetarian Pizza and Lasagna. Best part is they deliver! They serve everything you can imagine though. Pasta, pizza, seafood, chicken, burgers, sub sandwiches, Mexican food and even BBQ. I wouldn’t chance any of the other stuff. I would just stick to the Italian section.

I ordered online last night and the food was great. I really think they should work on there delivery times. I do recommend the Philly cheese steak, and the cheesecake. My husband recommend the ribs and my son said the chicken tenders was awesome. There prices are very good for the portion size.

Overpriced and not good at all. Little Caesar’s is much better! My small sausage pizza cost $ 8 and barely had any sausage! Why would you want to pay premium pizza prices when you could just get a large $ 5 pizza for the same taste? I would find another local spot or just go to Pizza Hut if you want to pay alot for pizza!
P.S: Customer service wasn’t all that great and the restrooms could be a whole lot cleaner (no seat covers!)

I always order when i do business with Jinos. I enjoy ordering, the food and service are consistent and tasty. the only time i have had a sub par experience is when i ordered too close to closing time. the food was under-​cooked and not very good. but overall i am satisfied and recommend this place

If I could give this place no stars I would. The delivery service is horrible because the food never showed up and when I inquired as to why the the delivery was taking so long the manager was extremely rude and hung up in in my face.
When my husband called to ask why he was so rude the manager tried to provoke him and threatened him by saying that they knew where we lived.
I called the police and met them there. Of course the jerk manager denied it.
DO NOT BUY FROM JINO’S PIZZA ON WESTERN AVENUE NEAR MANCHESTER BLVD.

I have never ate at the exact restaurant. But I’ve ordered a few times here and I usually go for the BLT sandwich.
Something small but will fill me up.
& the cheesecake.delicious.
I’ve tried the chilli cheese fries and they’re not all that good. Pretty dry.
I, myself have not tried other stuff just cause I’m afraid I won’t be satisfied lol
But besides that if you want cheap delivery and affordable food choices I’ll say go for it! Give it a shot!

Hard to find a place that delivers around my neighborhood besides pizza so I was excited when I found out this place had a wide selection of food. Waited about an hr for delivery. Ordered the shrimp scampi The shrimp was good but noodles greasy and bland. pizza wasn’t great, fries were also greasy. Overall just an option when I’m craving something other than pizza and I don’t feel like driving.

When you first walk in… you’ll be immediately turned off by their big huge B rating, but I was starving and in the area! the only reason that I know about this hole-​in-​the-​wall is because the hair salon I frequent is around the corner! I went for the shrimp scampi which is decent, but pretty greasy, and even though its not on the menu anymore, you can still order it! You can view the kitchen make your food to lessen the sketchy-​ness, but overall i dont think its a place that ill frequent or ever crave!
