They were great! I had a problem with my ignition, they looked at it and told me what the problem was and gave me a quote. Price was great compared to other places. They fixed my ignition and didn’t take too long to do it. My key works well now. So far no problem with it.
Prices are reasonable and they are helpful. They even stayed after hours to help me out. As long as you call them and tell them you are on your way, they will wait for you.
I would definitely come back to this place when I need to.
By the way they do have an emergency number to call.

Great service! Had to make copies of a key, copy was made within minutes, no wait and at a great price. Will never go to Home Depot again. Love this place. Highly recommend it

Wonderful service.
Getting locked is definitely a frustrating experience. When I called John’s Lock & Key, someone came to my complex within 10 minutes. The person who helped me was really polite and professional. He got my door open in 10 – 15 minutes.
Fair price considering they have to drive to you. I definitely would never want to be locked out again but I’m happy to know that I can rely on John’s Lock & Key if it does happen.

John’s L&K is a great business. John was extremely accommodating, honest and courteous. Just remember to let him know what the specific need is and he will give you a number of good options to choose from. In my case, instead of changing out the locks completely, (which could cost $ 300 or more), he instead, suggested re-​keying the locks, which means that you keep your existing locks and have them modified so that a new key can be used. This cost us less than half of what it would have costed to replace the locks entirely. He was very responsive to our calls and flexible with scheduling an appointment. He came out to do the work. Most importantly, the locks work so much better than they originally did. Well worth the money just for that. Would easily recommend

I called them about making a key for my old VW. Brought them my outside door handle and was told be done in twenty minutes. I was out of there in about ten minutes! Great service! A previous locksmith had the handle for four days prior and could not make a key. They saved me from a big headache.
