Been here to the ER more times than I like. You’re never really going to love an ER, but I’ve been here for my grandma and my dad for various things and this place has taken amazing care of both of them. Mostly there isn’t much of a wait and they triage you pretty quick and get you to a room. Everyone is friendly and they really help make the best of a less than good situation. There vending machines in the waiting area, and a cafeteria on the second floor. Also and awesome Thai place(Ord Noodle) across the street.

My mom eyes were burning it it was red inside she couldn’t drive so so I brought her here and what and 10 minutes they looked at her eyes and give her some medicine and put some eyedrops and everything was done with in 25 minutes. Usually places like this or emergency you have to wait 45 minutes two hours.

I’ve always had health problems since a child that I easy deal with on this lucky occasion for me to stay home from work was my lower back was acting up again and since Motrin or anything over the counter doesn’t do a thing for me I knew I had to go in and get my shot of Toradol which I only go in when I’m really in bad back pain, I looked on line and saw this urgent care open didn’t open till 5 and I was not in the mood to deal with the hour traffic to get to my usual facility on Sunset. To my surprise I was there in 10 minutes by freeway, I was easily able to find it. Free parking and no line for urgent care… even thou I did see some people in the small waiting room already. I figured I was here all ready let me just deal with this. I checked in. I was called in for vitals. sat out in the waiting room again. called back in. the Dr could see I was in pain, examined me and next thing I know I was getting my shot and my back to work note… looking at my cellphone I couldn’t believe all in under 30 minutes. I THINK that since I was there before 5 the receptionist just checked me in and I waited with the other patients who did have appointments. I over heard one family speaking in Spanish that they had been waiting for over an hour, I felt really bad when I left and they where still waiting but also by this time there was a line of at least 15 people waiting to get check in, so luck was on my side. I know I won’t always have 5 stars experiences… after all I myself work in the Health Field. but for this first time here… 5 latex gloves
