This building has a great location in a cool neighborhood. The rooftop is a nice place to relax with great views of the city and Griffith Park. The walls are a little thin in the units but that comes with the territory in many apartments and you get used to it. And for the price, this place is a great value. There is a good sense of community in the building with a lot of friendly residents. The manager, Ana, is very attentive and super helpful. She is by the book and runs a tight ship, but she makes sure everything runs well for the residents.

I recently moved from Kenmore View to another neighborhood after 10 years in the same apartment. Even though I was ready for a change, I will miss this place, as it was safe, friendly, and in a fantastic Los Feliz location. Can’t believe I was there for a decade, which is the longest I’ve lived anywhere! The best part about Kenmore View is the manager, Ana. She is great — responsive, caring, and also a resident, so she cares about the quality of life there more than an off-site manager would. When I moved to LA, I was jobless and nervous about finding a good home. Ana helped me navigate the move-in and was also very supportive of my move out, 10 years later! Thank you, Ana. :)

honestly i thought i made a big mistake when i moved into this building almost 9 yrs ago. the walls were reeediculously thin. i could hear everything and it drove me nutssss! but this was all solved by a pack of earplugs. management can be a lil krazy sometimes but they keep the place very clean and they do fix everything, just in a cheapy way so dont’ be surprised if it falls apart the next year: P. all in all, it’s a total deal for the area. the neighbors are generally great, a lot of them have been there for years and are friendly. the apartment is spacious and airy and bright. try to get into a more newly renovated apt and u’ll be happier.
