I have nothing but praise for Dr. Kazanjian. My surgery was a month ago and I am back to ‘normal’ which means walking four miles a day, exercising, climbing stairs and enjoying life in general. I was relatively pain free during my recovery. I credit all of this to Dr. Kazanjian’s less invasive operating technique.
Besides this, his ‘bedside’ manner is great. He is very personable, attentive and caring. He answered all of my questions even the seemingly trivial ones.
I Dr. Kazanjian but then I think that’s a typical reaction towards anyone who gives you life. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I am a patient of Dr. Kazanjian. I had my colon removed & he performed the surgery for me at UCLA which is where he is now located. I am so blessed to have first met with him at Loma Linda, & followed him to his new hospital. He has great bedside manner, & is very informative & caring. His staff at UCLA are all amazing as well. I am very blessed to have found Dr. Kazanjian when I needed a specialized surgeon for my type of cancer. He did an AMAZING job with my surgery, which I am certain a general surgeon could not emulate. He is technically incredibly proficient — I had a very complicated surgery, and not only did he do great surgery, he went above & beyond the recommendations of the hematologist at USC I used for a second opinion to make sure that I didn’t have blood clots.
Before the surgery, I needed more information in order to make a decision between 2 different types of surgery for my situation, and he spent an entire appointment with me in order to answer my questions and explain the pros & cons of each one. This helped me make my decision, and it turned out to be a good one.

Dr. Kazanjian has been my surgeon since my automobile accident that happened last year. He took over my care after I got treated at Arrowhead. He did a phenomenal job and literally saved my life. I would think he is one of the best surgeons in the Inland Empire/​San Bernardino County area. I was placed in excellent hands and he follows up with his patients on an ongoing basis.
