This place is dirty and the people here are rude and never get my order right I’ve had Indian people be way more helpful on over seas customer service calls than I’ve ever had in this dirty place the people and building need to be shut down and fired

Incredibly rude manager. He insisted to choose the sides for our meal. And he grunts and complained when we tried to pay with credit card. 1 hour before closing and they locked the doors, we could only order from the side window; not that the insides were cleaner than the parking lot. Bring cash for a good time.

I hate writing bad reviews because I know it sucks. I ordered a go cup and only got popcorn chicken and fries. A homeless man asked for one chicken for $ 1, and they refused. I mean come on, don’t be greedy. I ended up buying the homeless man a meal. All true customers in front of me were complaining because things were missing in their meal and all the cashier did was laugh. Serious? I think KFC needs to step up.

This place is the worst kfc ive been too. I asked for diet dr pepper they give me mug root beer. I asked for hot sauce and honey got none. You had one job! One job!

DO NOT EAT HERE. one of the worst places I’ve ever seen. Should be reported. Filthy. REALLY old chicken and not even the manager spoke English.

The Indian lady is kinda mean. Never smiles no people skills at all. Hate coming here when she’s at the counter. People in line were taking about how she always looks very intimidating and never courteous.
Either bad social skills or doesn’t understand American culture.
If you want to keep a smile on your face… don’t go there. The one on olympic is better. Way better.

Co-​worker and I came here for lunch. We had our coupons ready to order but once we saw the $ 5 fill up with a soda, gravy, cookie, 2 pieces of chicken, and 1 biscuit… That was an awesome deal!
They have parking available, and free wifi.

This place is awful! Worst KFC I’ve seen nationwide. Horrible service cold food. Line full if shocked and sad customers. I will NEVER EVER go back here again. Didn’t even give me what I paid for and had an attitude about it. Smh…

My Famous Bowl order took about 5mins and that’s fine. I guess it’s almost closing time so they are making it as they go. Cashier brings me my bowl with bottle water, but forgets my cookie and that’s fine. I see the mgmnt walking with a Corn cob in his hands with no gloves towards the freezer. So now I’m thinking before I leave to check my food… like I should do. The Famous Bowl had no corn inside. I asked the cashier where’s my corn (it supposed to come with corn), she says they have no more corn. I said that is a lie… I just saw your mgr carrying corn to the freezer with no gloves. She then tells me to wait a few mins and corn will be ready. So first they are out if corn but now they have corn. I told her no thank you… but I don’t want the corn that was already touched by the mgr’s bare hands. I ask for my money back. Cashier says, «No, you touched the food.» I cannot believe this. Disgusting.

So many wrong things with this place!!! This place is so gross and disgusting, the tables dirty and sticky with food, napkins and plates on the tables and floors. The cashier was on her cell while I was trying to order, she kept dropping things because she couldn’t let go of her cell. The bathroom door was left wide open and it stank the whole place, Yuck!!! I will never come back here !

This place is one of the worst tasting KFCs in LA… the last 2 times we bought a family deal from here, the chicken has been dry & the chicken skin stale –like it’s been left under the heat lamp for too long. Today, we bought our last family deal ever from this place: we told them about the issue with the dry chicken so guess what they did-​they placed the newer chicken on top & stuck the older, stale chicken on the bottom. Not only that, the mashed potatoes were watery & inedible & the biscuits were stale. We are never going to this KFC ever again. KFC is fast food but this location serves awful food. They should just close down because they are serving sub par KFC food-​Seriously, how do you mess up mashed potatoes!!! Stay away.

Here we go… So the place was filthy. Tables were old and sticky. The workers are no where to be found always in the back so they don’t have to deal with the homeless guys coming in and out. I finally got the manager to order my food. I asked him if they had any pot pies available and he said yes but they are not fresh he said so I order chicken tender 5 dollar fill up. I didn’t get asked what side I wanted he just charged me for it. Once I get my meal I receive a styrofoam plate with wedges and chicken tenders the chicken was not cooked right. It was semi red in the middle and the wedges were cold and hard and dry like if they needed to be cooked better. The soda had no gas it was just sweet. And while I’m eating I hear the manager ask his employee why do you have the gas off. And by then I was already done with the place. I haven’t been to kfc in months and because of that experience I am not going back anytime soon. Sorry I gave you guys one star not by choice. If I could you would get a negative 2 stars. I wouldn’t want anyone to eat what I ate from there. Worst service

This place really is bad.
My food wasn’t that bad because it was the famous bowl. But my husband got a $ 5 fill up chicken tender combo, while I ordered my son a chicken tender go cup.
My food was served it’ll the traditional black kfc bowl but my husband and son were served what seemed the same exact thing even though they ordered two diffrent items. And it was on a Styrofoam plate.
No napkins, no nothing.
My husbands chicken tasted like card board.
When we were done ordering the cashier just walked away they didn’t even charge us until the food was ready. The experience was just over all horrible.
I will never come back here again.

The manager sucked! I showed her a text advertisement stating I can get 3 free cookies if I spent more than $ 5 & she acted like I was trying to rob the place. Plus I know prices sometime vary location however when you have homeless begging for money outside there is no reason for your prices to be higher than the much better areas.

A friend asked me to pick up an order for a bday event. I got there about 15mins before closing so i knew i was cutting it close. When i pulled up, the first thing out the girl taking orders mouth was «just to let you know we dont have no chicken.» She was so rude that I thought she was joking. My response «lol excuse me?» To which she replied «all we have is hot wings (which IS in fact chicken by the way) and thats a 10minute wait.» It was beyond obvious that her intention was to get me to leave. I asked her what she meant by she didnt have any chicken, she replied with «well we only have 15minutes until we close and our cook just left.» Me: «he left before closing?!» Her: «he had an emergency.» By this time ive already decided Im going to be calling corporate, so i ask for the store managers name. She give me his first name, Santos and put him on the speaker. Come to find out they DID have more chicken & the cook WAS on the premises. Imagine that :/​terrible

Not sure why everyone bags on this place so much.
You come here already knowing what you’re getting.
My order took a little bit, ~12 minutes, but waiting for fresh chicken and food isn’t a bad thing if you ask me.
Food was good, service was good and place looked clean.

Terrible. Just terrible.
I gave it a few chances to see if they would improve… But it never gets better. Their chicken is so dry, the mashed potatoes taste like goosh… Even their beverage tastes watered down to the max. I’m glad I wasn’t the only one who thought this way about this KFC.
Don’t come here please. They need a new manager or just completely shut down.

Cook really doesn’t care about his job, he just slams the food on and gives it. I also said to-​go, but they put it on a plate. Then they didn’t put the 2 biscuits I ordered, and I told her, but she just kept on saying no you didn’t, $ 1.08 dollars. So I get the receipt, slam it in her face and she has a poker face. I grab my food and go out, pretty angrily. Man this place sucks.

Worst place ever!!! Do not come here!!! Horrible service… If I could give a no star I would!!!

If not for the convenience I won’t go here. Place is filthy. Sometimes service crews are friendly though.
