KFC

Awful! My chicken was unusually greasy (even for KFC!) They were out of the chicken I wanted and asked me if wanted to wait around for 10 minutes. No thanks! They could have offered me some free sides for the trouble but did they? No! There’s lots of good KFC’s around town. This just isn’t one of them.

I always get hot wings when I go to kfc and I gotta say this location consistently has some stale funky hot wings. There is really no crunch when you bite into the wings. Not only that, of the handful of times ive visited this location, they have either gotten my order wrong or forgot to put something in.
I ordered 20 piece hot wings this time at the drive thru and asked for a LOT of hot sauce… they gave me 5 packets. Wtf!!! What is that? If I didnt ask for a lot, would they have given me 2? Pretty stingy with the hot sauce guys. On top of that, no napkins. Id somewhat understand if it was busy but i was pretty much their only customer… no one behind me and 1 car in front.
Anyway, this is definitely my last time coming to this location. The one near olympic and Vermont is pretty legit though… a little bit out of my way but at least I can count on them to have crispy delicious hot wings and to not be so sheisty with the hot sauce and napkins.

Drive-​thru KFC (my annual craving). Quick, friendly and as expected. I’m trying add one additional photo now (a few days later), not sure of it’s going to work.

Went to this KFC a few days ago. Customer service was awesome. The service was fast food was hot and good. The lobby was also claimed as well as the floors and tables.

Was here this past Saturday afternoon, order a chicken pot pie and was told 20 mins wait??? Didnt have time so I left… Leaving, I see sign in window special for «Chicken Pot Pie Wednesday $ 3.99».
So today is Wednesday… going to get my pie! Order Pie and $ 5 dippin tenders
*** Check your receipt***, i was charged $ 4.59!!! Ask the cashier, Oh, and was refunded $.060. Was I the 1^st to order Pie today @ 7;52pm??? Really???
Overall, food was Ok, nothing special…

Great location! Never messes up an order, always polite staff, and chicken is always fresh!

The food here is ok, there is no food grade sign being displayed? so that is scary. the service is horrible!

Went here to check out the new chicken bites had to wait 10mins and wasnt no one else in the drive thru altho it was a long wait the food was fresh but im not a fan of the bites ill stick with popeyes

Food was fresh. Store is nice and clean. Have no complaints.

So this was my first night back to work after not being able to drive due to car problems, and I worked up quite an appetite after sitting in front of the computer for a few hours workin’.
I wasn’t in the mood for Burgers, or Pizza so I felt some chicken would be in order. On the drive home from work, I was on the phone with my girlfriend, and noticed Kentucky Fried Chicken was a block away. I mentioned to her «KFC juicy chicken» which is an inside joke we both have.
I was thinking about ordering me a Famous bowl, though the sign outside read «Pot Pie for $ 3.99» was pretty tempting. Still, I went with my first choice of the Bowl.
I have not been to this KFC location in quite a while, and the only time I did was drive thru as the Lobby had already closed. Upon first entering I was surprised about how clean and nice everything looked. I think the last time I was in here everything looked (for lack of a better word) «pretty ghetto». There were a few people in line ahead of me (about 4 or 5), but the service was very fast and my order was ready within a matter of minutes. *Side note, I think I was the last customer of the night. I was even impressed with the HDTVs in the restaurant.
The Famous bowl tasted delicious, and the two biscuits I ordered tasted fresh too! It was such a Surprise that it tasted that good as the lobby closed in a couple of minutes and I thought I was going to have the Dry, nasty, bland food that’s leftover through out the day and just get’s thrown out at the end of the night.
Everything was going well until I finished eating, threw out my trash, and went to use the men’s room before leaving. I’ve seen gas stations in South Central L.A. and even out in the middle of no where taking dirt roads just outside of Barstow on the way to Vegas that better maintained restrooms. Surprisingly the Graffiti didn’t bother me much but the cleanliness was very disgusting! I won’t get in to detail about what I saw or wished I didn’t but let’s just say it’s a good thing I don’t live too far. This had to ruin my dining experience here as I already had in mind rating a 4 or even possibly 5 star review.

I ordered fries and chicken bites. Both tasted as if the oil was old, so the food tasted burnt and gross!

Treat this place like drugs, just say NO! Idiot employees, the food is I edible and the place smells like dead rats. By the way, the restrooms do not have locks on the doors and they are horribly dirty, which is good to keep in mind because it’s the same bathrooms the employees use!

Ran out of everything I asked for. Made me sign the receipt in the drive through. Waited til I already ordered before telling me they ran out of things. Handed me a drink with the lid off so I spilled it on myself. The food took forever to order and to get even though there was no line. The restaurant was severely understaffed and under stocked. Worst drive through experience at any establishment ever. Thanks guys.

This place was recently remodeled. It’s a nice place. I like that it was open on Christmas day. Yes, we had KFC for our Christmas eve dinner. :)
I’ve been coming to this KFC for several years and they have never let me down. I have never actually dined in… most of the time I go through the drive thru window.
It could be a little hard leaving this place during rush hour because it’s right on a very busy street (La Brea).

This place is freshly remodeled. Nice and clean.
But it’s still the slowest service KFC I have ever been to in Los Angeles. I don’t understand why either when the other kfcs I have been to don’t have that issue.
Yes it’s that noticeable how slow they are.

Was in the Mid Wilshire area and had a taste for a double down sandwich. Remembered that there was a KFC off of La Brea between San Vicente and Olympic.
This has to be the best sandwich that KFC offers. Two pieces of meat (crispy or grilled) special sauce and cheese. It’s so darn good!
Ended up dining in since I had a little bit of time yesterday. They have a flat screen in the dining area which had the Packers and Bears playing. Awesome!
No complaints about the service or the double down sandwich. It’s so darn good! An extra star for having a flat screen in the dining area with the game on.

Bam. Get your double down on here and get it «healthy style».
Make sure you ask for these slight changes when ordering the double down sandwich:
— Grilled Chicken
— No Special Sauce
— No Cheese
— Add 2 pieces of Lettuce (FREE)
— Add 1 slice of tomato (FREE)
Now you have a healthy grilled chicken club sandwich with bacon and zero carbs since there is no bread.
The 2 large pieces of grilled chicken breast pack around 50 grams quality protein as well, so it is an acceptable post workout meal if you dont have time to get home and get that natural whey protein shake mixed up.
