Tasty donuts! They are light and delicious. Better taste and customer service than Spudnuts for sure. Craving King donuts…

loveee how everything was fresh & ready when i ordered. even the sandwhiches were good & usually donut stores sandwiches are kind of dry. the best thing about this place is the cleanliness and the displays & presentations of the donuts & baked goodies despite the jankieness of the plaza that it’s in. being a germaphobe that i am, i didn’t feel grossed out or anything so that’s a plus. i’ve never reviewed donut stores but this one i felt extra happy coming out.

Donut go to another donut shop again because if you’re searching high and low for your basic sweets or breakfast, this is the spot you need to be. I haven’t been here in a while, but I finally made the trip back to this place and remember how much I loved it last time. It was delicious and they sure have upgraded all their sandwiches & sweets. They now serve fresh squeezed juices, breakfast sandwiches, and delicious boba drinks. Their juices are made fresh with real fruits and when I want to indulge, I get their breakfast sandwiches because I can tell you. the ingredients are fresh and 10x better than McDonald’s. I wasn’t craving anything on their menu and I really wanted a quesadilla. So the young man who was working there was very willing to accommodate my needs and made me a quesadilla! The chicken quesadilla was filled with yummy chicken breast, cheese, and topped with jalapenos and chili sauce. This is a special order, so you have to ask for it! TIP: Get their Thai Tea. Trust me on this one, it is not overly sweet like other places but not watery also. This place isn’t cash only, but they do charge a 35 cents on debit card transactions, which is okay to me!

Let’s begin: The owner came from the back while picking her nose. At first I thought she was going to touch the donuts with her fingers, and if she did, I would’ve left. Good thing she used thongs. I asked for a dozen and she wanted to select my donuts and I said no. I kept choosing my donuts and she wanted to put donuts I didn’t want and I told her NO I want this one, which she got all mad. She’s always in a rush to get your food and for you to leave(hurry up and buy), CALMDOWNLADY, WHERESTHEFIRE? I didn’t let her rush me, I took my time, which she looked upset. Will I come back? Probably if I’m in the area, but I don’t need people to rush me. But the donuts are good.

The atmosphere and location are pretty sticky, but don’t judge a donut-place by its décor, adjacent parking lot, and smelly sidewalks. What I experienced in King Donut can only be described as the best old fashioned glazed donut I’ve ever had. Period. A week later and I am still having flashbacks.

Fresh, tasty donuts… Fast and courteous service, fair price, and good location to swing in off the 10fwy! Good variety too. They have breakfast items also.

There is really nothing special about this doughnut shop… I came with my family and were offered one dozen doughnuts for $ 7 which seemed like a bargain. I wish she told us certain doughnuts cost more before choosing but whatever. The cashier was very sweet but kept asking each one of us what drink we would each separately get? My sister had a tummy ache so we told her we would share a Thai tea boba drink. We repeated this a couple of time but once she had our order ready(quick service since there were no other customers) she ended up making and charging us for the extra drink. We didn’t feel like arguing with a sweet asia lady so we just left. The drink wasn’t even that good. Won’t be coming back.

Their buttermilk glazed is pretty good! For the most part, most donuts taste pretty much the same, but I’ve tried a lot of donut shops lately and I really like their buttermilk glazed donut. I’ve been here several times since it’s up the street from me and the owner and other staff are pretty cool. I’m always partial to family-owned businesses. You should probably bring cash. A single regular donut is $ 0.80 and donuts with fillings are $ 1.25 and the bigger decadent stuff, like bear claws, apple fritters, and cinnamon rolls, are $ 1.75. When I visit in the morning, I get their croissant sandwiches either ham & cheese or turkey & cheese. They have a bunch of other stuff, too, like boba, smoothies, sandwiches, coffee, etc. I’m local, so I’ll probably visit again when I get a chance.

I’m not sure why this place gets such stellar reviews, but it did satisfy a craving for donuts. The staff was patient and expedient. Located very close to USC, this place is small and serves donuts, sandwiches, drinks. Late on a Saturday night they still had a decent selection of baked goods. Donut prices start at 80 cents each. Donut holes are 10 for $ 1 — they were light, chewy, sweet. Nothing so special, but they did hit the spot. parking — free lot

I stopped by here to pick up donuts for work one day when the 10 freeway was so insanely packed that we were forced to take local. The donuts are fresh and such a great deal! I ended up having a chocolate cake donut with sprinkles and it was so yum! Super soft with a crisp outside and not overly sweet! The SO had a strawberry and cheese croissant that they heated up for him too! Very tasty. Staff are super nice here and great with suggestions. Will definitely stop by again!

HOLYMACARONI. THISISBAD. ANDBYBAD I MEANREALLYGOOD. So I have been very very proud of myself for the past year or so. I have been overall donut free, mostly due to scarcity in my local area as well as no where that provides having convenient parking that i can shamelessly go in and out to buy cheap fatty donuts without feeling like a obese pig . In my area there are no real options for donuts, except for the prepackaged gas station imatation hostess stuff, some weird joke called spudnuts. Really? Potatos in my donuts? and in some sad desperation I’ve consumed the 1.75 year old donuts at the local 7⁄11. When you have a problem you aren’t that picky. But when your don’t really have any options I guess it’s has been a blessing of sorts. Somehow I stumbled upon this donut shop. And yes. ITISTHEKINGOFDONUTS. Let me explain: When I first pulled my car up into this clean open parking lot, my first thought was this donut shop must be an undercover front for something else. An awesome donut shop with parking??? Walking in I wasn’t sure what to expect, but a nice gentleman greeting me IMMEDIATELY. I was utterly not even sure what to do since the latter experience I had on western avenue started with an odd dont make eye contact non existant greeting from a pregnant 17 year old with a unibrow who god forbid had to assist me in shucking donuts into a paper box. This however was like the golden treatment. Looking at the pricing I was unsure if they were just a joke or if they were some vestige of a simpler time. The trays were fully stocked full of glistening shiny donuts. They all looked as if they were shouting«PICKME! NOEATME! I AMTHEONEYOUWANT! NOOOOVERHEERE!!» I was amazed they all looked so colorful and delightful. It was as if I had landed in oz and the munchkins were offering themselves up for a feast! I ordered one bear claw, 12 donut holes(only $ 1??), half a dozen donuts and a bavarian crème donut. for my friends… of course… It all came out to about $ 7. RIDICULOUSCHEEP. I quickly paid and ran into my car in giddiness. I figured they must have made a mistake but then I came to the horrible realization I may have made a mistake. Perhaps these were just decoy donuts. PERHAPSTHEYWEREDRYANDSAD. PERHAPS I WASWRONGABOUTTHEMBEINGDELIGHTUL. I nerviously opened up that pink box, and popped a donut hole into my mouth. OHLORDVOLDEMORTITWASWARM. I couldnt believe it. It melted in my mouth with gooey warm happiess. Before I knew it, I had consumed all 12 holes and I needed more. As I was driving home, I couldnt keep my hands of that wicked pink box. The next donut I had was a bavarian crème. I took one bite. and out exploded delivious gooey CREME! INONEBITE! most places hide a small squirt of some instant jello with corn starch in some sugary mess. BUTNO. this was a soft and delicate crème. filled up with love and covered in chocolate. Despite the honking horns, flashing lights, and faint sound of police sirens I didnt stop. I had to have more. Next I had the glazed cake donut. IT was everything I had been searching for and More. I wanted to cry, scream, call my mom? I was so unsure. I just knew I was in love again. The outside was perfectly slightly crisp. With an o so delicate glaze. Not too sweet, but just sweet enough. The inside was porous and light. It was a delicious cake inside desguised as a humble donut. Before I even got to 4 stop lights. I had already went through a kalidescope of magical donuts. I felt so alive. This is truly the king of donuts. A good, wise, and tasty king. I bow with shame and awe of its beauty.

Amazing doughnuts!!! Their breakfast sandwiches are really good too! Service is awesome their so friendly and fast with my orders… I found this place when they shut down the 110 freeway and I had to take a detour. ever since then when I have time before that 7am shift I stop by. I definitely recommend it to anyone around there area or on the way to work… I work at the Luxe across the street from staple center and it only takes five min to get to.

This place has a great range of donuts and sandwiches and their smoothies are awesome! Their Avacado smoothie is the best I have had! They are generous on the Avacado and is full of flavor. The workers here are also really friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient with their own parking. Great place to grab a quick bite or a drink. Excellent food and great service, and price is very resonable. Can’t beat that!

This place is right at the corner before you head onto the 10W fwy. I was really hungry on my way, and saw the sign for donut and dropped in for a quick to-go. They don’t have a wide selection of donuts, but had Breakfast Sandwich! Picked the ham, cheese, and egg on Toast(I don’t really like them on croissant, bc croissant then gets soggy – yea, I know). And… it was delicious! It tasted freshly home-made, which is the best compliment as far as breakfast is concerned. Are there other places that do breakfast sandwich? This place a bit of a drive from where I live. Oh, and it was 1.99. You can’t beat that.
