La Pizza Loca

I decided to try pizza loca cus dominos had a hour wait, and as soon ad i open the box i knew the pizza sucked, after two slices i threw both pizzas on the trash and decided to wait the hour from dominos, what a waiste of money, i wont even give pizza loca to my dog.

I called for delivery this happened 2 times the first time the delivery person did not give me all my change. I thought he had to go and get the change in the car and he just took off. I lost $ 20 cause of him. I told him I would not give him a tip cause of it. I was called like 3 times and told he was out there and I stepped out of the yard and looked both ways up and down the street was not any where. I grabbed the mail out of the mail box with the money in my hands when I went the 3^rd time and some how I lost the $ 20 had to get another one. This time I ordered and I told her i wanted the $ 15.00 special and she never bothered to put in the discount she charged me for each item individually. When I called to tell them another person who said she left and she just got there said she would give me a discount the next time I ordered but I do not think I will order there anymore. And the ham on the pizza was really tough. I ordered ham and pineapple for one Pizza.

I’ve ordered from them a couple times and decided to order again. I ordered delivery and 2 hours passed and nothing. I sat outside just in case 45 minutes and nothing.
I called in and they gave me the manager, who really didn’t listen to me and gave me a snide response about how the delivery was made.
I couldn’t get a credit card refund at this point they said. So I opted for another delivery. Needless to say, they went to the wrong address again after an hr. I had to walk down my street to receive it. A simple call could’ve solved issues!

Terrible Service! Today at 6pm My daughter sat in the lobby of the East L.A. La Pizza Loca for over 20 minutes while others came after her and were promptly given their orders and all left before her, it was until I went in to ask «what the hold up was on my daughter’s order» they had no answer! Very incompetent people working there. No apology either to her or I. Never again! will we ever go there! Terrible customer service!

Quick service; reasonably priced (good) pizza; great option if you are looking to purchase a lot of pizza with a tight budget (6 Gigante Pizzas for only $ 84)

I order a gigante at 8:35 and at 9pm they call me telling me if I can meet them 3 blocks away I’m paying for delivery service not walk and meet

The family deal is pretty affordable $ 19.99 for a gigante, wings, and cheesy bread. Just wish they would add a big Pepsi to make it a true family deal. but it was worth it. I’m definitely coming back to get my fix when I want pizza and need to feed my little brats. Good job Pizza Loca

GIGANTE!!! This thing is HUGE and for the price 9.99!!! That’s what I call a deal. It feeds a family and the quality is good. I haven’t tried anything else but the gigante so I’m just rating on the gigante pizza. Good for parties or if your really hungry!

I Come here when i’m craving the «Gigante» its basically a rectangle shaped pizza that is really huge. 32 squared slices. its enough to feed a party!!! the best part is that the pizza is only $ 9.99. yep! talk about a bargain !!! i usually call in 10 minutes before i go pick it up. You should def. try it, they also sell wings, bread sticks and soda.
this place gets 2 thumbs up!!!
