Outstanding burritos here. My favorite is the wet burrito with carne Asada (it comes with guac inside). They have a huge salsa bar with extras. Great for a pick up order or to sit and eat there.

I ordered 2 wet burritos which weren’t what I really got .
1.the wet burrito didn’t have any sauce at all.
2.the meat didn’t have any flavor .
3.the meat had several nerves
Last time I checked wet burritos do have sauce and cheese on top.

The staff is always nice.
Food is great. I love the garlic in the black beans! Enchiladas, Fajitas, Burritos are all good.

My all time fav restaurant, there foods are really good, the staffs are really nice all the servers and Lucy the manager they all are very friendly. They so catering too and price are really affordable. One of my fav food from there are the fajitas and I love the worchata of this place, ¹⁰⁄₁₀ restaurant

Out on the town checking out the museums with the familia on figueroa looking for some good mexican food, Saw this restaurant on Unilocal with good reviews decided to check it out. The staff was very nice and welcoming, retaurant was very clean the food was delicious overal good experience.

Richard. R and I always come here for lunch. Definitely my favorite place, everyone here is very friendly and super attentive to their guests. Food has never been disappointing for me so no problem there. Parking can be a little tricky sometimes since it’s a small lot and there is another business next door. They do have outside seating which can be good on a nice sunny day. Always recommend it to my colleagues and friends.

It’s delicious and enough to eat. Service there also very friendly. Had a great time with my friends.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a restaurant with this level of attentiveness. The service is wonderful and their food just as great!
They also have a great veggie menu and their veggie burritos are amazing and have actual veggies in them! They also don’t use lard in any of their dishes. So happy about that.

This place has good food for a reasonable price. The serving sizes are pretty big, I tried finishing off my Carne Asada plate thinking I would be able to, but it was too large… I ended up taking some of it home and they gave me a cute little metal container.
The people here are also really nice, the only thing is that they forgot about one of my friend’s order, but I guess this was because there were quite a couple of us (13 to be exact) and we went towards the end of the night. They forgot to make her food and we were all eating becuase we didn’t want the food to go cold, and they realized that they didn’t make her order. So they gave her free tacos instead.
They have their own private lot, it’s on the side but it isn’t really that large, but you can enter on 28^th street rather than on Vermont.

Great Chicken Enchiladas Suiza with rice and beans… awesome! Service awesome and nice atmosphere for a small place. They bring you chips and salsa that tastes pretty fresh. Recommended for lunch and ready to try for breakfast when we are on this side of town.

Valentina grill is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. First of the service is great, waitresses are always polite fast at refilling and take good care of you. As I always switch it up and get different plates when I go but I have had the same plate more than once and they are always consistent with flavors. I love the carne Asada fries they will definitely have you coming back for more. If you like seafood their shrimp cocktail are perfect especially because they are not greedy with their shrimps as some Mexican restaurant always tend to skimp you on shrimp. My husband always goes for the barbacoa plate wow best I have tried so far. Prices are decent for the portions they serve you i am always happy and satisfied to come here and will be coming back don’t have any complaints.

I was there with a friend last week. I have not had a chance eat here for a long time and the great news is everything is still the same: great food, service and price.
Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for good Mexican food, relax sit down atmosphere at a fair price.

Perf Mexican spot if you go to USC or are just in the area. I used to get my take out Mexican solely at La Taquiza, but then I was introduced to this place and I’ve never looked back. It’s not 5 star cuisine, but it is 5 stars for what it is.
Its so good, actually authentic, the people that work there are the nicest, it’s cheap, and they also have a student discount (10% is better than nothing). I highly recommend.

Came here on a Sunday morning to grab a quick to-​go veggie enchilada plate. Overall a mediocre food experience.
Service: Staff seemed a little overstretched and took quite a while to take down my order even though I was standing right in front of them at the cash register.
Food: Super meh. The enchilada sauce was really salty and the dish overall did not taste completely fresh. Not sure if my stomach will be doing too well after this.

Atmosphere — Nice décor. Very clean. Classy overall vibe.
Service — The big winner here! One of the absolute best customer service I’ve ever experienced. After coming back from Vietnam (where customer service is non-​existent and food for a group of more than six would take at least an hour) it was a huge shock to see how stellar customer service looks like. Don’t misunderstand, I’ve went to regular places too but this place is the best. You will feel like they actually give two shits about where you like your food or need a refill.
Food — Delicious! The meat they have is very good quality, not the crap some places give you to save on costs. Most likely because they get tipped like crazy for their awesome service. Large portions and fits the price well =)
If you’re hungry and in the area, come here! I’m definitely planning on coming with the Bae. Which is saying a lot since I’m from NorCal xD Yes… they that good.

Stumbled upon this place while driving down Vermont and im glad I did! This is a true hidden gem near USC. Prices are reasonable and the portions are huge!

This is my second time coming here and this place is a hit or miss. First time, I got a burrito and it was good. I was hoping for great since the price is almost as expensive as La Barca down the street. I just came here since there was a line out the door at La Barca and I really wanted mexican food.
Customer service: the cashier was super friendly and nice. She made her rounds at the tables to ask if we needed anything. That was nice considering any other place would just give you your food and leave you alone. I enjoyed the customer service and that is why I came a second time. So far, so good.
Food: I got the quesadilla which came with beans, rice, guac, and sour cream. It was big and I got full half way so that was nice. I only wished I did chicken instead.
My boyfriend got the wet burrito and he said it was good. He said it wasn’t great since he was comparing it to La Barca down the street.
Price: this is why I docked a couple of stars. This place is good, but it’s pretty pricy. Kind of discourages you from coming back. Hate to say it, but if the prices are almost the same as La Barca, might as well go there.
