I’ve stayed at 1217 n berendo for about 2 years. Worst 2 years ever. I’ve need asking them to fix things in my apt for 2 years now. Maintenance guy came and complained about how horrible they are as well. He came and left while only fixing 1 of the several things. Said he had to go because they don’t pay him. They are very rude and do no maintenance around building complex. I’m not the type to leave a review on Unilocal but I had to here because they are horrible.
