LeSassier Catering

Daria Lesasier catered my family reunion just this week end and everything was wonderful. The food was excellent and plentiful, the staff was efficient, the food set –up was nicely presented and they did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. My family raved about the food (paella, lamb chops, buffalo bites, fried chicken, fried catfish, mac n’ cheese and grilled veggies) to name some of the food served. I will use this business again.

Went to an event that they catered and, while I THINK the food was okay, I can’t be sure of the quality beause the waitstaff let platters get – and stay – empty. As a result, most of what I ate was cold – and not intentionally.
Instead the servers spent the evening akwardly pressing business cards on guests (rather than leaving them to be sought out at the end of the evening,) and one even interrupted/​joined into a rather private conversation, absolutely uninvited. Not sure where the owner was through all of this, but I don’t think she’s taken the time to train her staff because they were utterly unprofessional. Or, if she has, she’s got some stunningly low standards. Either way, there are plenty of other caterers to choose from. At the end of the evening I felt terrible for the hosts – I’d hate for someone to feel that way after my party.

LeSassier catering was one of the worst experiences of my life. The food was just okay. The staff members were beyond rude. I would never refer anyone to this catering company. I say, run for the hills!!!
