This boutique is just lovely, their clothing I believe is designed by an Australian designer. It is expensive but the quality of the material is worth it. Go and check it for yourself.

Lily Simone! I had no idea you were here. I’ve passed by you a hundred times at least. Things she carries: — Cute clothing — A bit of cute houswares — The ninja poop thing. A couple of drops in the toilet and poop smells goes away like a ninja! — Cute accessories — Cute little dog that barks at you when you first enter and then falls asleep and could care less. — My friend tells me Lily Simone can make you the clothes in other sizes if they don’t fit properly???(probably for an additional price? — I wonder!) It’s a cute boutique with a Silverlake/Los Feliz feel. Check her out!

I LOVE this boutique. The clothes are incredible, and the housewares section is such a nice surprise. There’s a teeny little kids clothing section with SPENDID brand outfits. And, if you’re in need of fuel while shopping, they have a neat little retro candy section.

The storefront of Lily Simone was so enticing that I walked by three times waiting for the«Out to lunch, back in 15 mins.» post-it to be taken down and allow me to explore the fun within. The third walk past being more like 30 minutes after my first, the wait was still worth it. There is a charming mix of mid-range clothing that will set you back a few Benjamins each, but I think the real feather in their cap is the home décor area, in an adjoining room to the entrance. They have reproduction old school drink dispensers with multiple spouts, large latticework canisters to hold your whatevers, warped wood trays and bowls, Tord Boontje midsummer pendant lights, laser-cut metal votive holders, and other goodies that are a little more special than the clothes, that while beautiful are ultimately a little boring for my tastes. And hey, if the high prices preventing a purchase leave you a little bitter, you can always pick up a stick of their old fashioned ribbon candy for some cheap sweetness to offset the disappointment.

Lily Simone is a wonderland of beautiful goodies! If I had a full-time-well-paying job I would be here everyday! This place is in the top tier of the ubiquitous Los Angeles Boutiques. Their clothes are to die for and their accessories are purely delightful! With my birthday money I purchased a gorgeous Saint Grace sweater that has spent scarcely anytime on the hanger for the last month! And my fabulous boyfriend bought me the cutest darn wallet I have ever laid eyes on from this gem of a store for Christmas! They also give discounts to Occidental students such as myself! Can it get any better? Well, maybe if they served champagne while you shopped… hint, hint!

I still love the store; but last couple times I stopped in(like, this past Sunday), the sweet girls that usually run the place were absent and in their place was, shall we say, not the friendliest person, and they seemed really low on stock(although lots of stuff on sale). Maybe they’re right about to restock; hope they restock on salespeople too. I also missed seeing the dog.

Not just a clothing boutique. They also sell home goods items in the other room. Loved the complimentary chocolates. Thought it was really sweet that the kids of some women were being attentively watched while their mothers tried on items. Though it was a bit annoying that they were treating it like a free day care. There’s an «oxy discount» of 15% apparently. Thought I’d throw that in. Reason for 4 stars: There was a sale rack marked«60% — 70% off» but it was intermixed with 25% off items. That’s sale trickery! And I don’t approve!

What a gift it was to happen upon this beautiful boutique! Former stylist Simone Porter opened the mid-century modern shop dedicated to small labels on Eagle Rock Blvd. almost 4 years ago. More recently, the space has been divided into both a clothing and home accessories shop. In the clothing section you’ll find labels such as Grey Ant, Ella Moss, Splendid, Kush Cush and Kenneth Lane jewelry. There’s also a lovely selection of shoes, wallets and everything else a girl could ask for — including pretty glass jars of old fashioned candy sold for a buck a scoop. You may also spy Simone’s lil pup Lily curled up on one of the chairs. This time of year, there were beautiful knits, wraps, and a couple of stunning party dresses in worsted wool — all at reasonable price points. My resistance worn down by the soothing tunes playing and the cotton candy pink walls, I picked up a dainty gold bamboo inspired bangle I want to wear with everything. In the home accessories area we found all sorts of holiday baubles and ornaments, stylish textiles, vintage furnishings(including a fabulous chandelier), divine candles, and some very cool miniaturized stag’s heads I had to pry myself away from. Better than just a beautiful place with beautiful things, everyone who works here makes it a pleasure to visit. No pushy Westside salesgirls and no too cool for school Eastside hipsters. Hell, I almost forgot I was in LA! Everything about Lily Simone is a grown up gal’s candy shop, and no matter what your style or taste, there’s something here for everyone. Do yourself a favor and add this one to your holiday shopping list, even if it’s just to sneak away and pick a couple of things up for the most important person on it — you. Tip: Stop by on Tax Free Tuesday or flash your Oxy student id for a nice discount.

Lily Simone is a great spot to find some unique pieces. They stock up on great brands such as Plastic Island, Mon Petit Oiseau, Mike and Chris, and Ella Moss. I bought my most comfortable work dress here, and have loved shopping at this store ever since. The staff is helpful, and also gives 10% off your purchase if you’re an Oxy student. Too bad my college days are over…

I love Lily Simone! I started shopping there in college, and everytime I make a trip to eagle Rock I stop by to peruse what is new. Adorable boutique, and the housewares/gifty type shop that is now attached has some great finds too =) FYI If you are looking for something more dressy for an event, Lily Simone is mostly casual wear from very fun designers. Lots of Ella Moss type stuff– comfortable and very cute!
