All my sisters, including the out of town ones, come here. We’ve shopped at other jewelry stores in the area and many have sales people that just want to make a commission or try to charge you if you make any small alterations.
The husband/​wife team really know their stuff and offer reasonable prices. They are extremely honest — they will tell you exactly what you are buying and what the level of quality is. No shady sales people. They travel and purchase all their inventory so they know every piece. They also helped me designed pieces when I brought in my own stones. I’ve also brought in pictures and they’ve helped me create them (simple pieces though, complicated pieces I would advise to buy already made).
They employ their own master goldsmith in the back so any design changes or alterations can be done while you wait. They give me reasonable prices so I don’t have to haggle or worry that I’m getting ripped off. The ease of shopping for quality jewelry is so much better than going to the mall and getting crappy stuff at ridiculous prices after talking to sales people who don’t know what they are even selling you. Jewelry shopping can be a scary thing plus I haven’t been able to find a place that gave me a better deal. I aldo drop in to get my jewelry cleaned whenever I’m in the area and they do it for free.
Bottom line: Honest people, reasonable prices. Selection depends on when/​where they’ve traveled so you might have to check in periodically or talk to them in advance if you are looking for something extra special.

They are so AWESOME here! I bought my husband’s wedding band here and had a sapphire ring made as well. Kit listens! Customer service is always great! They always offer a snack whenever I come in with my daughter. I highly recommend them!
