Loco 4 Tech

I have used Loco 4 tech before a few years ago and they were able to fix my dead laptop and retrieve my files. I came back yesterday with another dead hard drive.
Don’t know why I didn’t think to come to them before my apple appt. Apple of course said it would be a bazillion dollars to fix and probably not able to retrieve my files. Better to buy a new computer.
I called late last night before closing and the owners Theresa and Andrew waited for me and took apart my laptop in front of me and yes, you guessed it, fixable and able to save my files I thought I lost! He said my laptop is perfectly fine just needs a new hard drive!
Andrew is patient and explains everything. Theresa and him are super honest people. Love their vibe.
Definitely a hidden gem for all your tech needs and fixes.

I’m fairly technically savvy, but I’ve used this shop several times to assist me with jobs that are giving me trouble. They’ve always been successful, and their prices are very reasonable. The most recent visit which sparked this review is in regards to a new SSD I was trying to install in my laptop. The problem I was having was very dumb, and he was able to spot it within 5 minutes over the counter. Recognizing that I’m a repeat customer, he didn’t charge me for this experience.
It’s a small shop, manned by a man/​woman family. You get the feeling of a personal connection, and they seem to care about their work

Just wanted to follow up my previous review. Life is funny, I ran into the wife of the owner of this business at my job. She recognized me and apologized for my experience. That is all that I wanted in the first place. She is a big person to do that and I really respect that. Best wishes for your businesses success.

Totally obsessed with this place! I came here for a hardware Mac repair; being a previous Dell fanatic Mac was an intimidating new animal for me; after having many issues with my new laptop and being utterly frustrated with Apple’s lack of customer service I stumbled onto Loco for Tech when I was driving back from a business meeting. I decided to stop in and give it a try — not expecting much besides another overly quoted price tag for a problem that I didn’t understand. When I came in my experience was the opposite of my pessimistic expectation. The owners Andrew and Theresa, are awesome to the tenth power– totally honest, straight to the point and the best part is they won’t just fix your technology/​problem they will coach and teach you how to avoid any future issues, etc. When they quoted me I almost felt guilty since Apple quoted me four times the amount for a repair that was their responsibility in the first place.
This place is AWESOME– it doesn’t hurt that the owners are totally cool, brilliant and 100% authentic!

Wow– the stress stops here! Nothing but praise for this tech-​savy duo, their patience and professionalism was so much help when I was stressing out over my slow little laptop. Now, I’ve got it back and it works like new, all issues resolved! Thank you SO much!

Loco4tech is all kinds of amazing! I brought in my water damaged iPhone 5s and they fixed in a day for much cheaper than I was expecting. Andrew and Theresa are very sweet and accommodating. I would highly recommend coming to them for any repair work!

Good work, good prices! Got my MacBook Pro fixed here. They gave me a quote and I did source the part myself and they changed it for me charging the labor only. Total saving: $ 135 from the MacHollywood price!
