With Juan and Louise, our first-time home-buying experience was seamless. They spent the time to share and show us so many houses in a range of neighborhoods and styles. Though it took us a bit of time to find the right fit, Juan and Louise walked us through a rather competitive ask/offer environment in 2012. When we found the one, they were there every step of the way from negotiation and inspections to escrow and closing. By providing us with frank and practical advice, helping us remember a home is also an investment, in the end, we got the perfect house for our needs at a great price. We’ll be calling Juan and Louise for sure when we are next in the market.

I wish I could give Louise & Juan even more ‘stars.’ I first worked with Juan 2 years ago when I moved from NYC to LA. He understood what a picky NYer wanted and found the perfect apartment on the first shot. Two years later when it was time to buy my first house, I once again went looking at houses with Juan, he knew me so well, and the 5^th house I saw that day is now mine. He & Louise were with me every step of the way, fought to get me the house after a counter offer was made, helped me secure a terrific loan, inspectors, handymen, even helped to make sure an overlooked plumbing issue was fixed after I had moved in. Did I mention that it only took 30 days from when I first saw the house to the day I got the keys in my hands? Truly the absolute best in town!
