My dry cleaning came back damp (I didn’t think dry cleaning was supposed to be damp) and not pressed the way I’d asked. They get an extra star only because I asked for fast service and they got the items «done» in two days.

My experience over the last three months has been great. Shirts have been pressed well. Suit cleaned & pressed well. Good prices. On time.

Worst tailoring experience ever. When I said «this is terrible» she said «i know» but charged me $ 15 anyway. To repair a small hole on the front of a grey tee with stripes, she took fabric from the very bottom side hem of shirt. Instead of just shortening the hem of a drapey tee, she covered the missing bottom side edge with um…3″ of black fabric. YEP. On front the repaired stripes don’t even match, but the weird black addition is even worse. She said «no one will notice» I told her this is awful and I will never come back, you ruined my tee. Don’t think she cared.

Lady told me my stuff will be ready on Thursday and it wasn’t. That’s pretty disappointed because it could have saved my the drive (waste of time.) I might go again because it’s the closest to work. I just hope she’s on time on my next visit. I also think my tire picked up a nail on the parking lot. It’s pretty sketchy.
