I rarely give out 5 stars, but I’m extremely happy with this company. I recently had a 6 camera system installed, and I found M&J to be very competitive with several other companies. From start to finish, the installation went extremely smooth and professional. I was then shown how to use the DVR and monitor system, and they didn’t leave until they were sure that I clearly understood how to use the system. When I did have a problem from a power outage, I called them to help me reset the system. They called me within 5 minutes and I was up and running again in another 5. A great company with great service.

My experience with M&J Video was much different than the unhappy reviewer’s. All of the people I dealt with, from the person on the phone to the installers, were courteous, honest and true to their word. We had some issues on our property, and I was told by another company that it would cost extra to install cameras. M&J’s installers found a work-around that is perfect and knocked a good amount off of our bill — which ended up lower than their proposal.
I feel very comfortable referring them to others.

I made the mistake of using M&J Video for my surround sound installation. They were dishonest, wanted more money and never completed the work. They did not know what they were doing for audio installation and totally misrepresented themselves. I had to hire someone else to complete and fix their work. I will never use them again! Terrible experience & dishonest

Terrible experience with these unprofessional people. Inferior equipment that had no name brand on product boxes or equipment. Cameras were supposed to be Sony. Doubt if Sony sells their product without their name on their products and boxes. App to my IPad had terrible resolution. I put a stop payment on Visa payments. They put through one payment even without my authorization. Negotiated to have cameras removed from my home. Bad equipment and dishonest people

I recently used M & J Video Communications to install cameras around my entire warehouse for my business. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they were also extremely friendly and installed my entire security system for a great price.
The owner, Brad, is a great guy and I would definitely recommend speaking with him. Mike and Eric who work at M & J are also great workers. They installed my whole system in under 5 hours and it is very easy to operate. I feel much more safe now that I used M & J.
I wouldn’t look anywhere else for security work.
