Forgot the name of the representative who helped me. The one dude with glasses. He was quite informative and really sold me on the puzzles. I never buy anything from here. I only window shop. However, the world’s hardest puzzle, the isis is a great challenge. You will get rewarded to finish it. It’s inside! Too bad it is so pricey otherwise I would get it in an instant. I need to start saving up. The thing about toys is that you can get most of them online for a cheaper price. Looking at some of the store, I didn’t want to buy anything because I could get it somewhere else. However, the morph egg is difficult and like a different type of puzzle. It is cheaper and I save some money on this. Those two items I talked about or two categories are what I suggest. However, there are great other ones like the chess brain teaser.

Great store but terrible service. They also charge $ 5 per simple cardboard box(no fancy gift wrap). The employee Kianna had particularly poor customer service skills, not asking if the 2 toys I was buying needed separate boxes, having to charge my card 3 times for 1) toys, 2) gift box #1 and 3) gift box # 2. Waited about 30 minutes for wrapping although store was not that busy.

Love this store. The bf and I have been to the Santa Monica and Newport Beach locations, so the stuff they have here isn’t any different than those other store. This one feels a little bit smaller, though, as it was a little difficult to get past people to get to certain sections of the store. And, because some of the games requires some space, it was hard to not be in someone else’s way when they were trying out the games. Anyways, Marbles is super-cool in making learning fun. I know it sounds like a cliché, but some of the games they have is really innovative, and I know I have fun when I’m going against the bf with a mind game. So far, our favorites have been the Tavern mind puzzles and Traffic Jam. They do have a free rewards program, but it’s currently being revamped, so no new rewards program until a few more months. Service was really awesome. Very friendly, and they have no problems on educating you on the games so that you can try it out. All the kids looked like they were having fun, so that’s definitely a bonus for the parents out there. Price-wise, it may be a little high, but, if your kid is learning, it’s not that bad of a price. Good quality items, for the most part, too.

Super fun store with nice and helpful staff. Love the CD. I play the youtube video for my kids(free)! They beg to hear about the states! They also have a way to get lesson plans for teachers! If you are one, ask for a card. :)

After buying a few toys for gifts before Christmas, I excitedly told Grandma about the neat options for gifts. Grandma spent a small fortune for my sons(10 items) and when we went to return a puzzle marble run type toy, with receipt, the sales guy looked at me and said«no» because«the clear shrink wrap was removed from outside of box and they couldn’t resell it». The box comes in a shrink wrap plastic that is considered part of the packaging required for return, even though the inside parts were in unopened plastic and we had the receipt! I will not spend high amounts of money at stores, nor ask family members to, where our child can’t accidentally open the outside plastic without being able to return it! Ludicrous! The employee called his manager and they allowed a one-time exchange. I will not deal with this kind of lousy store policy on high-priced toys. I will go back to shopping online. Buyers beware! No store is worth the hassle. They belong in a kiosk with a return policy like what they have.
