Marcel Ties

Love this place, lots choices and for shirts and ties even for big guys very good prices and Marcel and his staff is a class act

If I could give this place a zero I would. First off all these ties are outdated. If you were looking for a tie 20 years ago this was the place. Second the guy behind the counter is a grumpy old man. He was not helpful at all and stemmed bothered by the fact that I didn’t like any of his ugly ties. Ayer looking through all of his junk I found a descent tie for my dad. The tie was missing the pocket square so I asked if he could give me a discount (keep in mind that the tie was unwrapped) he responded with «get out of my store I don’t want to sell you anything»… I was shocked at the horrible customer service. He proceeded to say «this is not a swap meet, go to a swap meet if you want a discount. We have rent to pay here!»
I completely understand that he has the right to refuse service to anyone. But that was completely uncalled for. I will never step foot in this place again. It’s sad because I had a good recommendation from a suit outlet a couple blocks down Nino Ferretti.

I have been going here for years! Marcel knows his accessories well he takes time to greet very person even more so he makes you feel welcomed that right their alone makes me keep coming back! If your in the area check it out you won’t be dissapointed

Found a nice shirt shop. Next to Roger Stuart. Good selection of shirts and ties. Watch the Italian cut shirts, they maybe cut tight. Marcel is a good man, been there for many years. Picked up a couple of shirts: 60% cotton 40% Poly. Not bad. Medium weight. Prices were good. Will go back again. Thanks Marcel.
