I ordered a dress for my daughters Quinceanera mid May. On the work order and receipt it clearly states that the party is on July the 12^th. The dress still needs to be hemmed and apparently that takes a week once the dress arrives. The dress was $ 1000. I have been calling since last week. No one knows where the dress is nor when it will come in. I get a promise to call back every time I call only to have to call back myself. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The service to sell you the dress was excellent but once you buy the dress Good Luck. The lack of urgency to this matter and not to mention the poor customer service after you spend the money in unbelievable. I relied on reviews from Unilocal and none the less I have to post this. I would hate for this to happen to someone else.

Just walking in the heat, and I bumped into this bridal-​sweet 16 dress show. Operated by mom and daughter, they have every color in the rainbow for your special birthday or wedding.
I wasn’t in market for a wedding dress, just nice selection of party attire.

Best Dresses and Service in town! My sister is very happy with the dress she got here. She said that it felt like family when she was helped.

Perhaps if not one of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They are unique and extremely efficient. I have never had problems with them. If I want something don’t with any of my merchandise they go out of their way to do it. I don’t think I’ve ever heard it can not be done. They are superior to any store that surrounds them. I have and will not go to any other store. Marisa’s bridal has won me over and I am a loyal customer because of your ingenuity and persistence. May the best of tomorrow by at your window.
