The price is ok. They don’t dry clean in store. You need to wait for 3 days. Don’t count on they dry clean your clothes well every time. Make sure you check the results. I had enough aggravation over the years dealing with the unconsistent quality of dry clean work. I will not use their service any more.

This place is not awful. Just don’t cross, Ceci, the main employee. I forgot to request a non-phosphate detergent, and she charged me twice for being forgetful. And wouldn’t take half the cost(of $ 8) in the spirit of good will. When I agreed I had been remiss but tried to negotiate, she became outraged. She spoke louder and continuously and wouldn’t let me get a word in, I was trying to apologize but she wouldn’t hear it. So a power struggle ensued that she won. Once. But she lost me as a continuing customer, and thus the ‘war’ so to speak. Customer service or disservice? «The customer is always wrong» seems to be her watchword. Choose among multiple similar good establishments in this lovely neighborhood. She said«We have plenty of customers» Oh, really?
