My husband and I decided to reward ourselves by purchasing a luxury vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership, we truly had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day– just window shopping.

Carlos Clemente is everyone’s Car Salesman. He sold me a car within an hour and a half with an 8 month old and my husband whom was starving in tow. We even went to Tacos Por Favor between processing the paperwork… From the test drive to driving home in my new car less than 2 hours later we minimally negotiated and I felt that Carlos had our best interests in mind. I just recently purchased a Pre-​Owned Cadillac from Martin Cadillac GMC. I live in the San Fernando Valley and there are a handful of Cadillac Dealerships in my area. However, during my online/​telephone searches I talked to a gentleman by the name of Frank Cook at Martin. Now out of the 5 or 6 other salesmen I had spoken with Frank was by far the nicest and most accommodating of all. So I took the drive down to Martin Cadillac. And I’m glad I did. Not only did I find the car of my dreams, I was treated like family! They have the nicest lounge area I have seen at any dealership. And Frank really made the process painless. Thank you Frank! Mary K. Mosqueda is a class act! She is helpful, super responsive, always available, and very competitive in getting a good deal on my car. Most importantly, she is a true professional who behaves and acts like a businesswoman. I never felt pushed or pressured with her. She just gave me the facts and was a pleasure to work with.
Moreover, I have little kids and she was always giving them hugs, making them feel comfortable, and letting them see the features of the car for themselves. It is stressful shopping for a new car with little kids and she made it an AMAZING experience.

Wonderful experience thanks to Greg Foley (Product Specialist) and Simon K. (Finance).
After a brief 3 minute conversation with Greg Foley, we finally felt like we were shopping for a Cadillac. He was very professional: no-​nonesense, no fuss, no games, no back and forth. The whole deal took no more than 10 minutes. When we picked up the car the next day, we realized just how passionate and knowledgable Greg was about the product. He was extremely thorough in his explanations of all the bells and whistles in the car and offered valuable advice from his personal experience on how to optimize all the settings in the vehicle. He also made sure we got our 12 months of free OnStar (the lady at OnStar wanted to give us 6 months only). More dealerships should have experienced product specialists like Greg Foley, he should be a brand ambassador, if you as me. Also must mention Simon in finance; pleasure to deal with — went through the finance paperwork in 15 mins.
If you’re shopping for a Cadillac — ask for Greg Foley. You won’t regret it :)
A bit of background info: prior to landing at Martin Cadillac, we visited two other dealerships in search for the perfect deal. Upon entering the first (I will refrain from naming names, although I really want to), we were swarmed by an aggressive salesperson who barely had his ducks in a row. Not only was he unfamiliar with the product, but he blatantly tried to convince us that we misinterpreted the current manufacturer offer which was clear as daylight. When it came down to numbers, he returned with a ridiculous figure and basically told us to get lost when we voiced our discontent. Zero class, Zero customer service. He should be selling hot dogs on the side walk with that attitude, not Cadillacs.
Enter dealer #2. Much more classy, and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, it all fell apart when the manager offered to ‘waive the registration fees an pay first month’s payment’ trying to convince us we were getting a discount when he didn’t even honor the manufacturer deal. Needless to say, we left. He then calls back the next day trying to convince us that he is offering great value with ‘free car washes and courtesy vehicle while car is being serviced’. Those car washes would’ve cost us an extra $ 5200. Lovely.

A fibe stars service for parts just ask Eddie. He is very efficient and he will help as he usually helps me.

Guy Peterson at Martin Cadillac is AMAZING! We were looking for a GMC Yukon Denali XL for our family (6 kids!) and couldn’t find one in all of southern CA. Guy not only offered to find the car for us, but mentioned that they were currently running a special on the Escalade ESV and he could give it to us for the same price as the Denali (worth probably $ 8K more). Guy is the most professional car salesperson we have ever interacted with… he never pushed, was calm and straightforward, and such a genuinely nice guy. The whole process took maybe two hours (and we had retractable running boards added to the car… at cost… while we waited). The best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had.

Great experience overall. I had been looking for a quality SUV in San Diego, but everything was either overpriced, abused, or the dealerships were not interested in helping. I took a gamble and reached out to a dealership 2+ hours away after finding a Yukon Denali with low miles. I was helped by a young lady named Andrea and she was very pleasant from the start. I drove out and test drove the car, spent over an hour looking at every body panel, interior, engine bay, wheel, etc. and really took my time to make sure this was the right SUV for me. There was ZERO pressure from this group and I was given all the information up front without hesitation. They honored the price I was quoted when I called from San Diego. This should be the standard for other dealerships to follow. Loving the SUV and will recommend my friends to this dealership.

Let me say it was a great experience. Yuvi, my salesman, was a complete pleasure to do business with. I shopped around & he was extremely competitive w pricing and the Cust svc was excellent. It didn’t feel like the «dreaded car deal» stress. I enjoyed it & im happy to be a part of the Martin Cadillac family.

Buying a car is confusing and let’s face it a big purchase or in my case a lease. This is my second cadillac lease from Martin and both times were a pleasurable experience.
First off ask for Marry K in sales! Marry K was so genuine and took so much time with me and printed up several options that I could take home and think about. There was no pressure, no rush and nothing but kindness and profsionalism. Marry K with the help of Will got me into a 2016 cts and I feel so good about all the options and incentives. I feel like I came in with a ski mask and stole the car!
If you are looking or ready to pull the trigger trust marry K and the Martin auto group to buy /​lease a car from. Also the servic department is awesome, I have used them for two years of maintinence always borrowing a brand new caddy to boot!

A bit absurd and insulting frankly… salesperson took 2 days to get back to me when shopping for a car. When I told him I found the car I wanted at another local dealership I got attitude. Sorry… you snooze, you loose… just blame yourself for it.

I had been in market looking for a car for three months. Cars manufacturers which I considered included BMW, Mercedes, Audi and Lexus.
I am thrilled I looked at the Cadillac SRX. YUVI was an incredible sales person. While many of the others called constantly and were annoying, YUVI answered my questions promptly, found the exact car (color and model) which I was looking for and couldn’t have been more genuine or helpful.
When I went to pick up the car, both YUVI and the finance manager were so helpful. YUVI spent quite a bit of time with me explaining all of the features and helped me even register the car with On Star. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I had been looking for a new car for sometime. I had been to many dealerships, and a few other GMC dealers as well. Nothing comes close to my experience at Martin. I dealt with Mary K, and she was absolutely amazing. It didn’t feel like the standard «buying a car» Experience. Mary was amazing and not like a typical car sales person… complete opposite of the jerks at Casa De Cadillac might I add! She was accommodating, very informative, knowledgable, and not a hard sell type of person. Plus she really helped work out a fantastic deal! Wish more people in this biz were like her! I cannot articulate how great she was. When I went to finance, I dealt with Simon. He was extraordinary as well. Felt like I was hanging out with an old friend. He didn’t try to pressure me into anything, or any add ons, and made the process relativity quick and easy! I was very happy! If you are looking for a new car, deal with Mary K at Martin and Simon in finance. You will be VERY pleased.

I just came from getting a new tire and let me say the service I received was excellent! Everyone there was very friendly and kind. I wasn’t too happy about the price for the tire but it comes with the territory when you drive an expensive vehicle! It took no time what so ever, I was in and out within minutes!

Let me just say that having an accident is super stressful. Gus and group made this process easy and stress free. He originally stated my truck would be ready in 10 working days. It actually took 13 working days only because they were waiting for parts directly from Ford. They could’ve easily put on aftermarket crap and sent me on my way, but they didn’t. I was always taught quality over quantity, so I didn’t mind the extra couple of days. They detailed my truck and made her look brand new. Unfortunately, I had to take her back a week later due to my driver’s door having too much wind noise. Gus said, «no problem.» They adjusted the door and DETAILED HER AGAIN! She’s 100% now and I thank everyone at Martin. The receptionist is super sweet too!
