My mother and I came here because she wanted to buy the Doctor Cos sheet free mask. The website listed the product as 10% off, but the workers in the store claimed the sale had ended the night before and refused to uphold the sale. We even pulled up the website to show them that the website still showed the 10% sale, but they coldly reminded us that the sale had ended at midnight and refused to accept the online price. When we asked to talk to the manager, they made up some excuse. We asked them a second time to talk to the manager and they said the manager didn’t come to work today. What kind of store doesn’t have a manager? We drove an hour to find the product only to have a disappointing shopping experience. You might be be better off finding what you need online.

i came here with my mom because she is into these korean high quality products and i actually found various things that are needed in every home. the prices seems strong when u look at first, but they gave u more that u expect, especially the quality will not lie. i feel in love with the beauty products that are hard to find in the malls while my mom was looking into the pots and pans that u could see in every korean drama/tv show kitchen setting. oh and we are definitely coming back for the kahuna massage chair which was very cheap from the other places and PLUS they give the either the kuchen 10 cup rice maker or the SK smart beam lazor projector which i know i wont find anywhere else. MUSTCOME and check out!

This place forces you to use valet parking even though there is a lot of space to park. I went to m store and I didn’t find what I wanted. I asked do i need to pay and they said yeah. They also said to give them money. Is it like a shopping mall or what?

If I could give 0 stars, I would. First off, their infomercials are all lies. These are the things my mom purchased from them. 1. Bubble bee hair dye. It’s supposed to create a foam so that your hair could be dyed. The color purchased was black. There was virtually no foam created and most of the dye was off in 2 weeks, exposing the white roots. 2. Sweden egg white soaps. They advertised this as a peeling formula but all it did was irritate the face, creating bumps under the eyes. When my mom returned to the store to complain, they said that she would not be able to return the products because it had already been 1 week. They only do returns for 7 days. In addition, they told her that she probably got the hair dye directions wrong. It’s not rocket science and besides, she’s been dying her own hair for more than a decade now. For the egg pack, they advised her to use it on her body since her face is too sensitive. Why would she be spending $ 50 on «face soap» thatll be used on her body? You can buy the best body soap for less than $ 20 at the malls. Lastly, the bubble bee hair dye costs $ 3 in Korea. It’s one of the lowest quality hair dyes you can buy. I wish my mom knew that before shelling out $ 13 per bottle. She purchased 3 because they offered a free cape. Anyway, avoid this place like the plague. Shame on them for trying to dupe helpless Koreans who don’t speak English.

Yet another home shopping store in Ktown, but this one is from MBC, Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation, one of South Korea’s largest TV and radio networks. They focus on beauty, health, and kitchen products, although they do also offer DVDs of select Korean dramas and some jewelry. When I went today with my mum, they also had pans, containers(similar to Tupperware), face masks, BB cream, facial moisturisers, ginseng products, and various health supplements. You can find out more about their products by visiting their website. I feel the products here are a bit pricey, but usually they give you several items for the price(for example, they sold moisturising cream in packs of 3 or 5). I come here because my mum likes their products and feels like they offer items that she cannot find elsewhere(at least not for a better price). Service was a bit slow today as they can only check out one customer at a time, but the employees were nice. The store is on the 3rd floor of the MBC building(SW corner of 6th and Catalina, can’t miss it) but you pick up your items on the 1st floor where the parking area is(parking garage entrance is on Catalina).
