The workers are dumbasses here. Always forgetting something. No patty in my burger or they forget the fries when I order a meal. Always something is missing

Set in the heart of Koreatown, frequented by several Korean Senior Citizens. But the staff is horrifyingly rude towards them. The place, due to its location, is mostly empty except for these old Koreans. They mostly just order coffee and sit around and talk. So the staff seem to be very put out by them not spending more money. But it is a successful drive-thru, and they don’t seem to realize that the place would be empty without the Koreans. Besides not having a single Korean speaker on the premises, I recently witnessed one staff member intentionally speaking too fast about not having sugar packets and having to add the sugar behind the counter. The poor old man could not understand and tried again and again to ask for sugar. The staff member just turned his back on him. I explained to the old man what he meant and could see that the man was visibly upset. He just sat down and said he didn’t want to deal with the staff member anymore. It was so sad and I could not believe that this type of elder abuse was happening at a McDonalds, especially one that many years ago placed itself in the middle of Koreatown. I am writing a letter to McDonald’s corporate about this – and many other – incidents. The staff needs to be completely replaced.

Disappointing, even for a McDonalds. Customers are mostly old Korean guys and crazy homeless, at least during the day. Prices are much higher than usual. But it’s a good place to nosh before or after a Wiltern event, and they are open 24 hours. Food is generally prepared to spec, so it won’t kill you. Good location close to the subway station.

Employees are all impolite teens. BEWARE of hairs in your wrapped burgers; found one in my mcchiken. Make sure to examine what you’re eating before you eat and you should be fine.

This has to of been the dirtiest McDonald’s I have ever been to in my entire life. The bathrooms were disgusting and they didn’t have soap to wash your hands. It’s a good thing I carry around hand sanitizer with me. The food tasted burnt which I have never experienced at a fast food place before. Now I know the reason why this place has such low ratings. I would not recommend going to this location!

Whenever I need to go to Ralph’s across the street to shop for groceries, I first come here to eat lunch. This location is packed with Korean seniors(they talk so loud, so non Asian people stare at them), homeless people, and those church people who pass out pamplets. And now there is a security guard, a young African American man, who guards this McDonald location. If you have a problem with someone, just go up to the security guard and he will handle it.

Horribly slow service and they got my order all wrong. All I ordered was a cheeseburger mighty kids meal with an orange soda but sadly that’s not what I got. Instead I got a cheeseburger happy meal with an orange juice. It took them almost five minutes to refund the difference and give me a soda as opposed to the juice. Mad experience and I never plan to go back. I only stopped because I hadn’t eaten all day and just wanted a quick snack. I guess it was the fast food Gods telling me to stay away from junk food. This Mc Donald’s also has the problem of numerous homeless people hanging out and begging for money and or food. I have nothing against the needy but at times it just becomes very annoying. Disappointing trip and exactly the reason why fast food workers will never get my vote to be paid $ 15 an hour.

Come on McDonald’s, third time in a row I came for an apple pie and you ran out !!! Elementary school students can predict inventory better than this franchise. I am going to another location.

I never expect much going to McDonald’s. This one happens to be near where I live so sometimes I will come here for fries, ice cream or something else… I have no idea why I keep going back here but no more! I have never had fries from this location that are even remotely warm. The wait is always crazy long…30 minute wait for a small ice cream cone is unacceptable at 11:30pm…especially after you’ve paid and finally made it to the front the ice cream machine is no longer on. Actually the ice cream machine always seems to be broken or something. Once they gave us ice cream in a bowl because it was too melty… Worst. McDonalds. Ever.

Slowest McDonald’s in the universe… they don’t even know it. Fifteen minutes through the drive-thru and no apology for being slow

This place is okay if you need quick okay breakfast. I was traveling to LA and as soon as I got here I needed something quick to eat. This place is more or less like other McDonald’s stores. But the first thing I saw inside was a fly. But the food was okay and the coffee with combo breakfast was pretty refreshing. They also refill coffee if you want within the first hour of visit. Overall I feel the value of coming to my this sort of place is that you get to see how underprivileged people in the community are surviving eating McDonald’s. Quite eye opening sometimes, I must say

Avoid this McDonald’s during lunch hours as it just gets more packed and overrun by a lot of homeless. The drive-thru is better in lunch hours than in the morning, though. Expect to wait about 10 minutes in drive-thru to receive your food in the mornings as it gets too packed. Cleanliness: Not clean, it’s average. Service: Employees try their best to be quick which I appreciate. Food: It’s always hot when I order food from this McDonald’s.

Came in at 11:24 pm. The manager here rules during the night shift. Came here a couple times at this hour. Their dine in zone is open 24 hours, which totally rules. These two features help make this location stand out. Prices are kind of steep for a filet o fish and I believe peak hours are during breakfast or lunch. You’ll see gangs of older Asian folks loitering here, which apparently happens in New York as well during the day. I wish they had an outdoor zone and I vaguely remember there being one, but they probably tore that down to make two more parking spaces. Despite these shortcomings, the fact that they cater to night owls like myself by having a courteous crew and late night breakfast place them as real winners in my book.

Not gunna lie, this place is like any other McDs in any metro/urban city: not that clean, constant flow of homeless begging and what not. The sole reason for this review though is for late night. Everything is HOT and FRESH(ish), especially the fries! I have never had a single soggy/cold order of fries when I come to this location for a midnight snack! Service is a little slow but which I understand since it seems like they’re making everything to order, but I’ve had instances where they just gave me my order from the first window if it’s super simple.

I’ve been coming here a lot recently to get a cup of joe’s. The only reason is that it’s conveniently located where I temporarily for now. If the service was slow and unfriendly, I wouldn’t come here even if it’s located right in front of my nose. Well, the drive-through service here is always fast unless there’s a person in front of you would take all the time in the world to order things. I usually go there early in the morning before 7 and I always get greeted with friendly smile. I guess fast-food restaurants like McDonald’s are working hard to change their image nowadays. It certainly made a good impression to me.

Yah… I know… it’s McDonald’s…what can you expect? Still, once in a blue moon, I eat this stuff if I happened to have a need for an anti-alcohol agent and everything else is closed. Problem? Their food is not made fresh. Cold to warm… just sits there. Their idea of «re-making it»? Well, that involves putting it under some kind of faux heat source again and giving you back pretty much the same thing until you stop bothering them. I was so annoyed, I sent a complaint to the manager at the location who kindly called me, sort of apologized but didn’t and offered me zero as compensation. Went back to see if they changed. They hadn’t. That combined with the homeless/crazy situation in here… well…stay away.

Micky D’s is always gonna be the same, the only thing is basically service and what not. My only two complaints. This location is literally overrun with homeless people trying to force the employees to «help them out» or getting the patrons to spare a couple cents. I would have said that I don’t like the service, but its probably because they have to deal with pan handles 24⁄7. My only other complaint is that the ice cream cone size is PUNY. Went through all of high school and college eating ice cream cones and they’ve all been at least double the size. Or maybe its just LA.
