This is absolutely garbage, waited 45 mins in a line… How hard is it to make some chicken nuggets? #Rookies

How do you run a McDonald’s and run out of hamburgers. No big Mac no quarter pound or no kids meals.

THISPLACEISEXTREMELYSHADYATNIGHT. They only take cash and refuse to give you a receipt. They don’t enter anything through the computers because I’m pretty sure the workers are pocketing all the cash at the end of the night. Don’t support this location at all.

My god… if you think this kind of service is worth $ 15 an hour, think again. Ordered a #4 Large with a Diet Coke(no ice), and a 20 piece made fresh with hot mustard and sweet and sour, plus another Diet Coke(no ice). Got all the way home and the sauce was missing. Hmmm. After waiting a bit longer for fresh nuggets, you’d think that sauce would be obvious. That, plus the fries were lukewarm and starting to get soggy. I called to tell them I was on my way back. I left the two drinks at home and took the receipt back to the store. I asked them to remake the whole order. I ask for freshly made food because I like it hot… so when it travels to and from the store a few times, it’s not hot. Got home the second time, sipped the drinks… and they were regular. Seriously? So, I can’t drink those and I’m out $ 2. Not worth driving back again. Plus, I’m livid at this point so I probably saved myself some jail time. Icing on the cake? They gave me 19 pieces instead of 20. Don’t worry… I checked for spit and pubes before I ate the food, but I think I’m done with this place despite the convenient location. Hey, at least they got the ‘no ice’ part right.

Never go here the service is the worst I have ever had. If I could give them less then one star they would get a minus five stars!0! There food is never good the fries are cold. The biscuits are always hard. I never go to this Micky D’s even thou it around the corner from my house. If I have to eat Micky D’s I’ll drive to either the Slauson one or Century! So sad that they can’t fix this place it been like this for years.

I am not giving this place less stars only because they have actually been ok in the past. BUT, this last time was the worst. 9 out of 10 I go through the drive-through. This last time the lady handed me a large soda with a lid not totally put-on right. Therefore the soda spilled all over my car door, window, myself, stirring-wheel and everywhere! The worst is the lady just stood there watching. I had to ask her for napkins to clean the mess. And she seem to think that an apology was not necessary(only can assumed, since she didn’t say sorry). I was sticky and wet! I had to go back home to change. When I go drive/through is because I am in a hurry. Having to go back home only made me later to my destination.

Fries were good. Lot of flies inside the restaurant. Only had to go back twice because they forgot to give me a spoon and then they forgot to put the fruit in my oatmeal. Very very dirty restaurant but I find that typical with McDonalds any way. No surprise there. Ice coffee and nuggets were good as well.

If Ronald McDonald could see what«franchising», poor ownership, poor in store management and Americas«foreign policy» has done to the«value» of his brand and how the entire organization is «trash» in 2014… his fly red perm would be looking like Sophia’s in «THECOLORPURPLE«after she got outta jail lol I went into this particlar«Micky Disease» after work 2 Thursday nights ago after 9pso so i could get the 2BIGWACKS deal the service was horrible the restaurant itself looked like a 3rd world country after a night of rioting it was trashed and nasty i went into the bathroom that smelled like someone needed to stick a lit incense up their ass i proceeded to use the restroom and opened the stall door it was shit in globs and globs alllll over the toilet i left the restroom smh i told«mgr» she said she’d send someone in there… dont know if she did my food came(TRUST I WASBLESSINGMYFOODLIKETHEPOPEONEASTERSUNDAY) which i ordered my «sweet tea» usually i dream about McDonald«sweet tea» but for the first time my «sweet tea» dream became a bitter bland blah nightmare it was the absolute no yall don’t hear me ABSOLUTEWORST«sweet tea» id EVER had at any Mc Donalds and i been on their«sweet tea«since 2010 most times i don’t get the«crap ass food» i just want that«sweet tea!» i have to accept America and its politics of «foreign policy» and it is what it is however i WISHWISHWISH that in the process of getting foreigners to do the jobs that is «believed» that mostly only foreigners will do the jobs that born and raised Americans won’t do and for minimal pay(which is more and more a load of crap) i wish these big companies would teach and instill the concept, importance, and value in approaching a job any job at any establishment with pride, dignity, a certain work ethic and the grave importance of «preseving the brand» by putting out a viable quality product and making sure from the sandwich an employee prepares to the restroom a customer shits in to th dinning area is top notch grade A quality and a quality welcoming comfortable experienceand stop hiring people based on a perceived assumption that these groups of people are the only ones that will do this sort of work for this sort of pay all im saying is train allll employees to a do and give a quality job and service and hold them and yourselves(businesses) to uphold a certain integrity and standard in business no matter who its coming from

The name Mc Donald’s will bring you customers. To keep them all you have to do is take their money and give them what they ordered. It’s not hard. Just stop butchering the orders.

I had a ridiculous experience at this McDonald’s yesterday. Let me tell you about it… Everything seemed normal, until right after I placed my order and took a few steps to my left, to wait for my food… Then, I heard one of the employees say to another employee… «She’s cursing me out about the cookies». I thought to myself… «OK…(?!)»… Ten minutes later, I am still standing there waiting for my order… when I only ordered TWO things… a 6 piece Chicken McNuggets and a medium fries… Then, all of a sudden, things got a bit interesting up in this place! That was when, all of a sudden… a big, fat, angry, black lady in purple sweats(and all frumpy-lookin’), came stormin’ in! She walked right up to the employees, and started hollering at them! She was all like, «What the hell is goin’ on? I’ve been waiting in that damn drive-through for 20 minutes and I ain’t got my food!!» An employee told her something like, «we didn’t put the fresh cookies in»…and… «because we forgot», he said. So then, the big, fat, black lady gets even MORE upset! And she’s hollering, «I dun payed $ 30 dollas fo’ my food… fo’ y’all to just FO’GET!!!» Then she was all like, «By the time I get my cookies, the rest my food gonna be cold!!!» I finally got my food after about a 15 minute wait.(When I only ordered two things.) The guy who took my order asked if I wanted barbecue sauce for my chicken nuggets. I said to him, «I don’t like barbecue sauce. Just give me extra ketchup.» So he grabbed a hand full of ketchup packets and tossed them into my to-go bag, and I grabbed it, and went rushing out the door. While the big, fat, black lady was STILL waiting inside for her cookies and hollering at the employees, still. When I got to the middle of the parking lot, I felt all this sticky-ness all over my right hand! The outside of my McDonald’s bag had ketchup smeared all over it! I know I asked for ‘extra ketchup’… but I didn’t want it smeared all over the outside of my McDonald’s bag… and hands TOO… @#%&*!!! I was SO mad from this sticky-ness on my hands that should not be, that I was about to turn around and go back in, and complain, and make them give me another(clean) bag… But then I guess I would even have to wait in a ‘Curse them out line’… Since they were already busy being cursed out by the big, fat Cooker-Monster black lady. So I figured it was not even worth it to waste more time there and cause a scene… And get a headache from standing near the loud screaming Cookie-Monster lady! I just wanted to hurry up and get home… and wash my hands. Also… I was very hungry… which is why I stopped to get some fast food, since I assumed it would be fast, and NOT a 15 minute wait, for two damn things… anyway… like I was saying… I was very hungry, so I reached in my sticky bag to grab a couple of fries, while I was there in the parking lot still. The fries were cold!!! Plus, they tasted flavor-less this time. If I wanted something cold I would have ordered a shake instead! I am UPSET I did not order the shake instead! It would have tasted a zillion times better than these nasty, flavor-less fries! GRRRRR!!! The only positive thing I have to say about my visit at this McDonald’s yesterday… is that NOW, about half of their employees are African American. It is a nice change, because when I used to come here, years back, they used to be only Mexicans working here… And they didn’t speak or understand English well… So it was hard ordering with them. And so because of this, most of the time they would screw up my order, even if I only ordered ONE thing… and that one thing was a bag of small fries… you would think that they would not screw that up… but they STILLDID! — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — - MYOLDREVIEWFROMTHIS McDONALD’S: Date: 4÷21÷2013 Stars: 3 Review: I like sitting on Ronald’s lap! :)

Pretty standard McDonald’s here. I cruised through the drive-thru looking to satisfy a McGriddle fix after dropping my uncle off at the airport(as breakfast is pretty much the only meal that I can entrust McDonald’s with preparing/I seldom wake up early enough to pounce on that McGriddle action). The food was pretty run-of-the-mill McDonald’s. My McGriddles were warm, fluffy, and deliciously guilt-inducing — as usual. Service is efficient and speedy; the staff members are pretty friendly, but I can’t comment on whether or not they’re anything above average — as I’m not the biggest fast food fan anymore(again, for fear of a possible return to man-boobage). There was an extra cheer in the air, and I’m guessing that’s pretty much just a seasonal holiday sort of thing. On a final note, people need to stop cutting each other off in the drive-thru. Shit’s outrageous. Maybe it’s to be expected with the location???

I love McDonald’s fries and milkshakes and my kids love them too. However, this particular location has trouble keeping up with the crowds during breakfast on the weekend. Everytime, the lines are so long and they do not move and there’s always some sort of mistake. This last time we had breakfast here — a month ago(don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon) — I asked for a bacon sandwich and they gave me sausage. When I asked them to fix it by swapping the sausage sandwich for a bacon sandwich, they charged me an extra dollar. ??? I questioned this, but since the kids were getting fussy, I just paid it to get out of there. When I got home, I realized why. They added bacon to the sausage sandwich. FAIL. I still had to keep the sausage I didn’t want and ended up paying extra to go home with something I didn’t want.

Cool McDs spot… what sucks is the Drive-Thru gets hella pack at times(that’s when I just park and walk-in) but when it does move pretty fast… workers there are friendly and makes the wait worth it(do they best to get you in and out as fast as possible).

I budged on my «no fast food» régime to hit up McDee’s for their Maple Oatmeal. I was more hungry than I was in a hurry, so I pulled up and ordered with the quickness. The drive-thru was quick and speedy, even when I changed my order. And damnit, if this oatmeal isn’t pretty fricken good! 5 Stars for the golden arches!

So I picked up Tomascito at the airport with my hubs and we were all starving like marvin! There was traffic up the wahoo, a closed ramp which we needed to go on and more traffic followed. We prayed for something to be open and thankfully we saw lights this Mickey D’z was open. Drive-thru surprisingly took long even though it was 1AM, and there was no one in line… Food deliciously fattening minus 1 star because of the long wait when no one was there =P
