McDonald’s

I don’t always go to McDonald’s, but when I do… I’m either very disappointed, or I’m very angry.
This was my 1^st time at this location. I had a little time between appointments and was very hungry. Instantly, I was impressed, because I have never seen two drive troughs. That’s a lot of cars that can be served.
I walked in and OMG, this place is huge! So many people! Such long lines! When finally my turn came to order, I was already annoyed. I had to repeat my order multiple times. What really pissed me off is while I’m in the middle of ordering, one of the managers came to the same register and did a transaction. Another lady that was in line approached and paid her food with that manager while I was tossed to the side. Okay, I’m sorry… but, excuse you! apologies, or something! RUDE!
I did like the big large screen menu. I don’t even know what it’s called. It was a giant screen on the wall with the menu. That was also impressive and I’ve never seen. Are there any other McDonald’s that have the menu displayed like that?
2 star only because I was impressed twice. The menu, and double drive through, and the size. 0 for service.

I was ordering by the drive thur a couple of weeks ago, as i was gonna tell the lady on the speaker i wanted my Hot N’ Spicy without no mayonnaise she cut me off, that really got me mad i was like hey im not even done, she gave me attitude when i pull up to the window as she was charging my card, if you dont like your dam job then why you at mcdonalds dont fuck up someone else day cause of you

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life and the first review I ever write just to express how bad it was.
So I ordered two burgers, and when I got my order I requested for two BBQ sauces, one for each burger, OBVIOUSLY. The sad and hateful 50-​year old employee told me she could only give me one, and I asked her why? I ordered two burgers. It’s the same as if I ordered two separate orders and get two sauces. I obviously don’t want to waste anyone’s time nor amount of transactions, paper and ink being wasted, so logically I order my two burgers in ONE FUCKING ORDER.
So with no argument to fight back, she said maybe you should order two separate orders next time. REALLY? ARE YOU THAT STUPID TO THINK THE LOGIC BEHIND THIS?
She put me in a bad mood and I demanded a refund as I didn’t want my order anymore. She happily accepted as if there are no other places left for me to eat and gave me cash back. Luckily, there’s a taco food truck in front of it and it was better and cheaper than any McDonald’s burger.
I feel bad for the food being wasted as McDonald’s obviously throws it away to try to keep a grade of A when it should get a fucking F.
And to that lady, that’s why you’re still working there despite being like 50. You wasted food, time, and kept getting clients from coming to that place. I know it’s not McDonald’s fault, but this specific McDonald’s is terrible in terms of service, and in terms of food, I can’t even give an opinion since I couldn’t even happily accepted my order before it was given to me.

IF I can give a 0 star I would such a crapy ass service. They do not have buffalo and was giving me an attitude. Only gave 2 ranch for my 20 piece nuggets and large fries I ask for more and gave me 1, With an attitude. Like seriously. never go to this McDonald

This place is okay but what I don’t like is their service. They are slow 95% of the time that I’ve gone. They are rude and seem like they are stuck-​up. YOU WORK AT MCDONALDS Not P. F. Chang’s! I hate coming here! I also hate the fact that when I DO come they get SOMETHING wrong with the order. But I guess that’s what I get for going to a Mickey D’s!

Greatest restaurant I’ve ever been to. Suprisingly healthy; my cholesterol levels have been going down! I have been dining here since 1983 all 3 meals of the day! This is definitely a 5 star restaurant and Gordon Ramsey can’t compare to this.

Every time I go my orders is wrong employees speak very little English when I place my order in spanish they get it right but when I place in English they get it wrong service is always slow

Terrible drive thru times. Bad food presentation. Orders are never accurate. No service with a smile. I personally vowed to never go to this McDonald’s ever again. I forgot the vow I made one day and was driving there, as soon as I remembered, I did a u turn and found another McDonald’s. yeha its that bad

Had my order right and was piping hot. I was enjoying my delicious meal until I saw a roach climb out of my bag… immediately dropped my food back in the back and threw everything away. I was disgusted and appalled. I don’t thing I can ever go back to any McDonald’s. Ever.

Hahaha whole order was wrong except for mine (the complicated order) but the few times I’ve been here they get orders wrong ! Check your food hahaha

There are always alot of people here and the drive thru is always packed. Which means they must be doing something right. The interior and exterior is modernized and pretty clean, just a lil noisy because of some many people. Not bad!

The burger here was crappy. Won’t be coming back here again.
I don’t know if the staff had a bad day or problem with me, but I don’t need this kind of crap.

There is a FDA report specified that food should maintained a minimum temperature of 140 F degree. When I mentioned before that the burger was crappy, what I really mean was that the burger was not maintained at a safe temperature so when I eat it, it tasted crappy. I was not able to articulated what the crappiness of the burger was until I read the FDA report on the link below.
As you can get food poisoning if the burger is not maintained at a safe temperature and the bacterias start to grow in the burger while standing around.
If you want to be sure, get an non-​contact infrared thermometer and verify the exact temperature of the burger.
