I’m not a Mediterranean food fan but this place can change ur mind most things are 9 – 12 bucks wich isn’t bad but the food is amazing, fresh full flavored and just all around delicious and the service is fantastic as well I tried a little bit of everything can’t seem to go wrong with anything

Service was good and the people friendly. It has seating, but is a fast food/take out kind of place with styrofoam containers and plastic forks. The food was meh. Not bad, but not great either. They give you plenty of food.

Food: 5 stars Service: 5 Stars Small Business: 5 Stars Elite tip: Lunch Special $ 7 Catering to go: 5 stars Parking: Plentiful I was working on a music video set and talking with the producer we were trying to figure out the best way to approach lunch for everyone. The biggest issue was making sure the dancers weren’t sluggish after eating and the crew was ready to work some more. There’s some budget constraint to getting food for 18 – 22 people, however as a Unilocaler this is kind of what I love to do. The producer put it all in my hands and we agreed we needed a place that would have the food ready to pick up in 1 ½ hours. Tight time frame! Jahcoco go! First, thing that popped in my head, and a bit selfishly was what do I want to eat? I didn’t want a sandwich, Thai or Mexican(imagine how much the dancers would be farting hehe ;) It hit me Mediterranean! One of my favorite restaurants were around there but then I realized they were closed. So, I got on Unilocal and Unilocal my A$$ off. This brought me to Mediterranean Triangle which is 1.8 miles away in Eagle Rock. Awesome. Looking through the website, I see the awesome lunch deal which includes Kabob, Salad, Rice, Chard tomato and chili and pita bread for $ 7. I give them a call right away when they open and I ask the owner if I would be able to do 18 of the lunch specials– he says sure. Then I realized I have to make sure no one on-set has any allergies for this so I ask if I can give him a callback, he agrees. About 15 mins I call back and I decided that lunch boxes would be too much of a hassle especially for me to carry. I asked him if he could arrange it family style with the same prices as if I were to order 20 lunch specials, he says yes and goes over what I want. I say I need to pick it up in an 1 hour and 15 minutes. He hesitates for a bit and asking for credit card, I let him know that’ll I’ll be paying cash. I can hear the okay I’m going to trust you to be here tone when he confirms. He gets my name, number and hangs up. I got to the restaurant a little bit early and was very impressed that everything was being cooked fresh. I paid and thanked him and I believe his son who was working too. The owner helped me carry the trays to my car, we shook hands– you could tell he was a hard working small business owner. When I set the food on set and called lunch, let me tell you the cast and crew were moaning about how good the food was. Everyone was in awe, asking me how did you find this place? The food was amazing, nice and tender, rice was fluffy and perfect, the salad, pita and chard tomatoes, and chillis were awesome! I was able to feed everyone and people were coming back for seconds. I told them where I got it from but accolades kept coming. «Now I know why you’re Unilocal elite» lol Thank you, Mediterranean grill for accommodating me at very short notice. Your business is a fine example of the power of small businesses. With each bite of food, I could feel the passion, hard work and flavors that makes your business successful. I will be back.

Chicken, steak or lamb kabobs are excellent, schwarma is delicious, the rice is always perfect, sides of tzatziki and tabouli are a must. Friendly and warm service, my favorite Mediterranean spot in North East L.A.

The servings are huge. You’ll be stuffed after eating one of the wraps. I had the falafel wrap and it was piping hot and fresh. The flavor was a little lacking but the size totally makes up for it. I also had the lentil soup which was pretty hearty and delicious.

Food was ok nothing special. The older man who took my order at register was a bit obnoxious, trying to over charge me for what appeared to look like a sample of hummus, no thanks. I’ ll stick to my uge in San Fernando valley

Stumbled into this place this weekend when I had a craving for some armanian food. The plaza that this place is located is under construction, but the stores and restaurants are still open. Ambiance/Décor: Kinda sketch from the outside, but once you walk in you’re teleported to a whole new world! This place resembles a hole-in-a-wall. yep! yep! yep! yes indeed! Service: Shawn(staffer) was very personable. Very friendly, attentive, and recommended some great items to try. Just remember that the skewers are made to order so it might take a bit of time. Food: I got the chicken and luleh combo($ 9.99). For $ 9.99, this is a big bang for your buck kind of deal! This combo came with 2 chicken luleh and 2 beef luleh on a bed of rice and a lot of vegetables! The chicken and beef luleh’s had so much flavor and very tender. I had a fun time eating this plate. For $ 2 something more, I also got a small side order of hummus. All I can say is YUM! Tip: Make sure you ask for the mediteranean sauce. Very good and very addicting! Would definitely come back to get more economical friendly mediteranean food when I’m in town.

This is 2cnd time around review. I have reviewed them before but I though they deserved another review considering their wonderful and I have been returning customer since I first tried it. These people are great. Fresh food cooked to order. I went tonight and got exceptional customer service. I think more people need to try this place and support your local small business’s. These are the people who are working hard to make something that matters. Not throw away corporate bs. These people are genuine. They care. The food is cooked with love. Try them. They wont disappoint.

Nice and convenient place for kebabs because it is walking distance from my house! We avoided to eat at this place at first because it was during the insanely hot summer and this place didn’t have AC. Decided to get the chicken combo #14 take-out and I like it! Costed me $ 13 but I’m glad I tried it! I will definitely come back again.

Came here for a quick dinner on a Friday night before the last 4 hours of my 17 hour shift. I decided on the grilled chicken sandwich, so if i had to run out on a call I could bring it with me. Its hard to run to a police car with a plate full of shwarma and hummus… and it just doesn’t look professional(says my Sergeant). Any who, the sandwich was delicious with a lot of great flavor. It was a little«heavier» than I hoped it would be. There was a lot of some rich sauce(hopefully that’s all that was rich and creamy in the sandwich). The sauce defiantly was delicious, but for trying to watch my figure, is ask for it on the side next time. I’m taking a star off because when I got my drink(soda water and a splashing of lemonade) there were some organic black floating things in my cup. I’m assuming the soda fountain needs a cleaning. So I just dumped it and refilled my cup. This time it was free of trespassers.

Hands down the best shawarma for 20 miles in any direction. We live at the border of Glendale and have a ton of kebab restaurants we could get to faster but we travel at least twice a month to Eagle Rock for this gem. The shawarma at Mediterranean Triangle is beautifully spiced and cooked until tender. Their hummus is creamy and flavorful. Veggies are always crisp and delicious. You can see their kebabs roasting if an open flame in the kitchen. It’s a small little family owned place with only a few tables inside. Don’t be put off by all of the crazy construction in the shopping center, it’s been going on forever. The food is well worth the minor parking inconvenience!

If you ever find yourself in Eagle Rock and have a sudden craving for Mediterranean food, you might find yourself making a pit stop here. Overall, a decent place to grab lunch. Service can be a bit slow, even when there aren’t any customers. I got the Chicken Luleh plate for $ 7.99. Plates come with Basmati rice, roasted tomato, pita bread, and either hummus or salad. They didn’t give me an option and gave me the salad. Had I known I had a choice, I would’ve asked for the hummus. The Chicken Luleh was mediocre at best, no real flavor or taste to it. It was almost like eating tofu. Located in a large lot shared with Panda Express, KFC, etc. Parking is no issue at all.

Pretty good, good service and portions. Beef kabob plate was moist, tasty and satisfying. A little hidden in the CVS shopping center.

I ordered a beef kabob plate with a side of hummus. The plate way okay. I just wished the beef was better spiced. As it was, it was like a slightly dry version of carne asada. The grilled veggies and the salad were good. The basmati rice was delicious. The hummus… yall let me tell right now. Do not buy this hummus. Just don’t do it. It doesn’t even have a slight hint of lemon and the texture is just weird. The flavor was totally off. I totally regret spending extra for this. I will not come back. Next time I’ll just spend a little more and eat at Skaf’s instead. Or at tried and true Zankou Chicken if I’m feeling like I need a slight discount on quality Mediterranean food in lieu of Skaf’s.

I really enjoyed it! I haven’t had quality middle eastern food(with very good value) in a long time, maybe since moving from FL. Tasted similar to this Iranian restaurant in Kendall, FL called Shiraz. The Luleh was very delicious, tender, juicy and filled with flavor. I think this is their specialty too. The shish kabob was tasty, meat quality is pretty good. The shirazi salad was good! Left me wanting more but my wife and I were sharing it(also, props to the owner giving me some tabouleh to try!). Something I noticed was that the rice was basmati rice, usually overlooked for most people, but this rice is expensive… a small detail of the meal to really appreciate, a small bar of butter is also included. Something I also liked was that the owner asked me if I wanted cups for water versus asking me to purchase fountain drinks. Will be coming back! This time my usual… tabouleh, chicken kabob, and luleh. Hopefully he can accommodate my favorite combination :)

Great place. Great service. Nice people. Loved the flavor of the shawarma chicken. Had hammus and yogurt with cucumber on the side. Very yummy stuff. Nice guy Phil in the back and the front took care of me. I recommend this place highly. And a great lunch special on kabob. Remember. It’s the big sign that says KABOB!!! Lol
