I visited today due to an emergency situation I was experiencing due to leaving my phone in an Über last night. My fitness consulting company depends on email correspondence with clients all over the world so it was imperative that the problem was rectified immediately by purchasing another phone. The customer service I experienced from Christian was excellent and beyond expectations. He took the to time to listen to my needs and offered solutions. I’m happy to say I purchased a new phone and left with a greater appreciation of MetroPCS.

Visited this location (close to home). Found Cassandra VERY kind and helpful in assisting me with a problem with my fone. GREAT friendly, courteous and knowledgeable service. Good parking in front of store on corner of 3rd and Normandie (Koreatown). Recommended and will use them again for sure.

Needed to get a new phone, visited early evening (apprx 5pm), LUIS handled the transaction with the utmost care, he was extremely helpful in sorting out an account problem directly with MPCS and getting my service transferred onto a new phone.
