Although I wasn’t able to utilize his services, he was extremely helpful, even referring me to other technicians and parts suppliers in my area! I have used Michael for almost 10 years as my «computer guy». He is the utmost professional. Always punctual and a pleasure to have in my home. He is great at explaining things that I don’t understand and giving me options to make the decisions that are best for me. Michael Martin is the best consultant we have had. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, generous with his knowledge and seems able to sense one’s learning pace. He is punctual, his rates very fair — we have learned a great deal from him and have been enormously relieved each time he has found and resolved problems with our computers. Michael is awesome. He’s knowledgeable, dedicated and responsive to my business needs. He was at my house the afternoon before Thanksgiving 2012 when my work laptop crashed to save my files. He has integrity; he will tell you when it is worth it to repair your computer and when it’s time to get a new one. I trust him with my Iphone, my Ipad and the computers, routers, printers at my law office.
