This was the frist adult spa I have been to it was good the pepole at the front door was very helpful Igot a small room with a bed and tv xxx and with out to the pool and to the move room and then to dark room were I had the most fun !!! I will going back soon

Though this is not my 1^st time to this establishment, it is the 1^st time I’m writing a review. I have been here several times on different days/​nights of the week. Though the location is not in the best part of town, I have not felt unsafe there. There is a parking lot (with a guard) next door that is highly recommended, as well as street parking (not so highly recommended). I have been here when there is a line at the front to get in, and when there is no line. Weekends seem to be the best time to attend (more people to choose from). Aside from money/​credit card, you will need ID. I found the staff to be friendly & efficient. BTW, take minimum amount of things in (leave your valuables at home); shower slippers are a must.
Like most bath houses, you can choose to get either a locker or a room. Cost varies, depending on what day of the week (weekends are higher).
The lockers are located on the 2^nd floor. The rooms on the 2^nd & 3^rd floor. Upon payment, the staff provides you with a rules, towel, condoms/​lube, TV remote (if you get a room), and a key to the locker or room/​cabinet. The rooms also have a dimmer switch.
On the 1^st floor, there is a large shower, bathroom, sauna, steam room, spa, small pool and outdoor patio (s). On the weekend, they sometimes serve food (which is rather good & no charge!).
After entering, you go to your locker (on the 2^nd floor), or your room (on the 2^nd & 3^rd floors). The rooms contain a small bed/​TV (playing adult videos), small locking cabinet, hooks to hang your clothes. After you change out of your clothes (you wear as little or as much as you feel comfortable with… most men walk around with just a towel around their waist. Aside from the rooms, the 2^nd floor contains a darken Video Room (playing adult movies); a TV room (playing regular TV shows); a dark room with individual booths/​spaces.
The 3^rd floor has more rooms. I would have to say, IMHO, the best rooms are on the 2^nd floor. There is a lot more cruising there. You can either cruise or stay in your room with your door open.
There is also a roof deck with a covered maze, open cubicles, chairs/​lounges to enjoy the outside (if it’s not too cold), get some sun (during the day) or look at the city lights (at night). I think they allow smoking on the roof. The roof is covered with exterior fake grass.
There is also a darken basement with booths and GH. There is also a theater with theater style seats playing adult videos. So all together 4 floors of fun… lots of walking (lol) (no elevators).
There are a variety of men (young/​old/​etc.); different sizes/​shapes. Something for everyone… sometimes you just need to be patient. If you are looking for hunks, this is probably not the place for you. I am an older Asian male, and I have never failed to hookup and have a good time. Lots of places to explore and meet. Your mileage will vary. There is something for everybody. I have not seen any homeless or drugged/​drunk out people there. The staff seems to clean up often. From the previous comments, it seems like they fixed up the place. I would recommend this place…

Loved this place since I 1^st discovered it a Lil over 10 years ago lol… Staff has improved as have the amenities here, I have yet to go on a event night but once I do we’ll see how to new review goes!

I really liked this place! Really fun. Nice facilities, four floors to explore. Very nice pool, hot tub. Patio on the roof. One of the best bathhouses I’ve been to… a nice surprise. Good staff, even the food was good. I’d definitely go back.

It’s big. There is a nice pool, steam room, and tiny sauna. There’s a rooftop deck, video room, and maze. There are lots of private spaces to get lost and have fun. The one thing missing are people you’d actually want to interact with. Perhaps it’s the location, but it seems like a high concentration of patrons are homeless (literally homeless). I guess I shouldn’t be surprised since it’s in Skid Row. Luckily, there is secure parking. That being said, it’s pretty scary in there. I’m giving it the extra star because the building itself is cool, and the pool is nice.

It’s absolutely one of my favorite places to come for a late night or mid-​day sesh !
I recommend weekends starting Friday. This place has a little bit of everything for everyone. No one leaves empty handed.

Different types of crowds all colors different flavors. All ages. Some staff is somewhat shitty and stuck up but it’s cool. Worth it !

So I came here on a Tuesday and although it was fun there were a lot of older men! I don’t mind and really don’t care all kinds of men are around me! I plan on going on a Friday or a Saturday to see if its better.
Overall its a very chill place. There is a dark room downstairs, there’s a pool and a Jacuzzi, there’s a sauna and a steam room. There’s showers and theres a basement that is basically a fuck heaven! lol
I do intend to go back. Its next to skid row though so its kinda trashy.

This place was awesome! I went there tonight for my first time ever. What a treat. There are three floors. An amazing rooftop with cool views of the downtown buildings. Fun dark rooms. Plenty of toilets and showers. Guaranteed fun! Mostly Latino, but I happen to love Latinos ;)!!

I love it so they may seem that it’s been going back and going back almost every day so nothing really couldn’t compete to you guys so keep it to go work

Tuesdays half price $ 15:50. You can stay 6 hrs instead of the 8 hrs. The place is packed even at noon. If you want a room you end up in a waiting list eventually they will call you when there is a room ready. A mixed crowd mostly Hispanics from all over MEXICO and elsewhere in LATIN AMERICA. Some of the white guys are very handsome but very few .Even though the place is packed the atmosphere lacks sex appeal. The usual running around for long periods of time, old guys, ugly ones, pretty ones, fat ones skinny ones pick your choice but there is nothing sexy going around very flat and unsexy at least to me and before I forget be careful with your belongings as there are guys who will steal your poppers and whatever they need that you have in order for them to continue their party my poppers were stolen out of my room by a guy that was in it I am always very careful as it isn’t the first time but I forgot to check where the poppers were before the guy left .They always come with some silly story but the only thing that they want is to steal your poppers. I imagine they don’t have the money to buy their own and if they do that I guess that’s how they manage their life by stealing.

It is a very sleezy place right next to one of the most dangerous neighbourhood in LA. The third floor, showers, and maze downstairs have been remodeled into a theatre, sling, pleasure glories, and dark room. You are not going to find WeHo gym bunnies here but a broad spectrum of men of all color and ages. It remains the most expensive sauna in the city. Can’t wait until one as clean as Korean spas to open up.

My husband and I had a wonderful romantic night here, we came early on a weekend and just enjoyed our selfs, the men at the door were very nice, the Parking is next to the spa and there is a guard. Now what is fantastic is the Pool, OMG that is were we swam naked and made out and just enjoyed our selfs, The steam room was ok the dark room down stairs was a little weird and the room with the big bed was odd, at one point we were walking through and saw two naked men sleeping it seem :/​odd, The roof garden is nice and quiet I will say the room was comfy and when it was time for the hubby and I to play with each other it’s to bad there were no audience because that would have been fun, «wink» here is to enjoying the fantasy

I went Sunday Night to check out the basement since they remodeled it, they did a great job it is really cool, there is a mini theater in the back with a big screen & theater seating, 2 groups of 4 gloryhole booths, a dark orgy room, a sling room and a booth with a padded bench to bend over. There was lots of action going on down there when I was there I had a good time :)

But as always the black out night is fun
was hoping for a larger group or maybe a bit more festive. seems all the action now is on the second floor in the dark room yum (just the pig in me lol) Tusdays & black out are the best time. p. s. to that hot little anise boi with the tat on arm you rock my boat lets play & not teas each anther. Basement now has a tv (theater setup) room & not the large bead in the center room that it once had & new glory arrangement.

Neither good or bad place. Depends on your opinion. I went on a Saturday evening-​around 7.
My experience: Old, fat, hairy guys. Small room but good for couples. No funny smell. Dark enough.
My suggestion: Bring your personal items everytime you visit, use YOUR own towel when you shower before you leave. WEAR FLIP-​FLOP ALL THE TIME.
I’d rather have fun in the litle rooms with curtains than rent a room because you can «fire» people up ;) No need to rent a room.
This place is a hard place to look for a third :(

ugh, the last time I went to this place, I got a «Shout» alert on Growlr saying there would be some bear party. When I arrived, it was a bunch of uncut twinks and a homeless man… :(
How did the homeless man get inside? It’s like $ 20!
The basement is hilarious… It’s like a haunted house with glory holes. And ‘sup with that king size mattress just thrown on the floor? I’m sure THAT isn’t full of disease or anything. :(
Pretty sure I slipped on a used condom while barefoot, but at least that means ppl were using them?
