Mondays suck, and this is THEBEST way to cure the Monday blues. There’s always something different and the performers are top notch. There’s a reason this show has stayed strong for 10 years. I always love going there… it’s like Cheers except with way more boobage.

Why this place has so many good reviews? I was excited to attend one of their Monday nights based on Unilocal reviews but it was horrible. None of the performances were interesting. The only ok part was the night was the server going around taking drink orders and the funny host. Otherwise they need to hire better performers. Never again! A waste of $ 40

Awesome weekly burlesque and variety show. This show always has a great lineup consisting of local favorites, out of town guests, and headliners! Come for the show, stay for the $ 10 martinis. Bring your friends(great for birthdays)!

Came here last Monday night with some girlfriends to check out what Monday Night Tease was about. My friend had actually taken burlesque classes with the person who organizes Monday Night Tease. I’ve been to a burlesque show and I’m totally in love with burlesque and how women embrace their bodies. This burlesque show was totally different to the burlesque show I had gone to before! One thing I really enjoyed about the show was to see women of all body types express themselves and let the music move them. The night my girlfriends and I came was«Prince» themed. Every single woman who danced that night was amazing, and to know that these women are confident with their body and showed it off, was plain admiring. The only thing that I was iffy about was the space of this venue. I feel it’s very small! There were approximately 70+ ppl in the venue and although I was enjoying the show, there wasn’t a moment when I would think about what to do in case there was s fire or an earthquake! How would I escape… ahhhh Also you CANNOT take pictures of the girls during their performance, you can only take pictures after the burlesque show is over! Overall, the show was great! I’ll definitely return, and I think it’d be cool if they did a burlesque show dedicated to Madonna, Britney Spears or even Lady Gaga(of course using her old stuff). Seeing this second burlesque show is really making me consider in taking classes ;)

Very Entertaining! The show is a blast with comedic elements and sexy performers. All the performers were great and their performances/acts were each different. The variation was a big plus for me. I went for the first time last week and it’s cool to go in earlier to chill at the bar outside the showroom. Staff and talent are very welcoming and nice. We got a chance to interact with the performers after the show which was cool. It was a girl’s birthday that night and it was fun to see the host ask her to participate. Perfect for a date… definitely. The fact that it’s a little off Hollywood(not far) made it hassle-free to get to. A must see whether you live in LA or if you’re visiting.

Each woman her own beauty and sensuality explored on stage, pulling us into her world. Now when I’m at the supermarket and I see a woman I will wonder, does she do burlesque and what is her MO? There was never a dull moment. Even while sitting, waiting for the show to start, a dancer came by to chat us up and the MC was very entertaining. I would watch him rip up paper– and I did(that was an act, seriously, entertaining). The night seemed exxttrra festive because of the holiday season. There were 2 birthday guests on stage getting their birthday spankings as other customers sang the Happy Birthday song. Note: Females awaiting birthday spankings: don’t wear a skirt or DO wear a skirt. The show ran from 10 – 11:30-ish and is hosted in a separate room with its own bar, packed with customers sipping z booze. The drinks are good and some are so yummy. Didn’t find them too strong or weak. Everyone was there to have a good time!

Are you kidding me? If you had a great time here, that’s awesome. I wish I had since I was so excited to go. Unfortunately, my friends and I felt unwelcome from the moment we walked through the door. We paid $ 15 each in cover to get in for standing room only, which meant we had to stand and were constantly made to move by the performers. .. all the while they had two huge sections reserved for themselves which they were literally lying down on the couches in. Yet we couldn’t stand here and we couldn’t stand there even as paying customers. Some of the performers were great, and some should not even have been on the stage. But it was definitely an atmosphere where everybody was buddies and outsiders were unwelcome. The last straw was when one of the performers told us to shut up as we were still talking, not realizing intermission had ended. I asked my friend«Did she just tell us to shut up?» to which the member of the cast replied, «I did. They are talking on stage right now.» Wow. I’ve never been treated so poorly as a paying customer in my life. Avoid at all costs, in my opinion. Incredibly rude people with no appreciation for those that aren’t part of their«family» but care enough to come watch the show.

Before going I didn’t even know burlesque still existed. The first time I went was to see a friend(a magician) perform. Monday Night Tease is more like a variety show than just«a bunch of strippers»(I was asked this as a question once.) Regularly there is an act to go with the women removing outfits. Magicians, musicians, jugglers, balloon artists(you gotta see some of these) and once a month(usually) there is even classic vaudeville style comedy(Doc and Stumpy shows). The women/men acts(yes, sometimes guys participate too) vary from classic burlesque to parodies to comic routines to various style of dance(Spanish, Hula, Belly dance, jazz, lyric, etc). Many times there are themes to the night’s show(Tarantino night, Prince, Madonna, Betty Page, Gotham Heroes, Pirate night, Harem night, even a few«Meatfest» — an all guys show). And it is done in a back area of Three Clubs so everything is pretty intimate. I have talked to Lili and she says she tries to have different women in each show so there is «something for everybody.» Worst part is parking and air conditioning. It is at Three Clubs(Santa Monica Blvd & Vine) which has a bunch of small theaters in the area. Being the shows are on Monday night helps but the closer to show time the worse it gets. The room does have air conditioning but it can still get a little warm and the warmer it gets there is a leak that appears. Also realize this an ADULT show and it regularly uses ADULT language and humor. Expect there to be swearing and adult references. It is a burlesque show — what would you expect? I am not one who goes to «strip joints» or «titty bars» but this goes WAY beyond that. Monday Night Tease is as good as it gets when looking for burlesque.

I guess if you like scantily clad creative women exploring their sensuality through the art of Burlesque for the amusement of a lively and supportive audience; Monday Night Tease could be considered a good time. This show honors the glory days of Vaudeville and Burlesque. I am always entertained and delighted. This is not a place to go if you are easily offended by religion and child molestation jokes. «Did you hear the one about the Jewish Child Molester»? There is a revolving cache of MC’s, who are all cast well in the role and some reach higher for a laugh than others. This show is a must do?

I went to see a friend perform and was impressed with the show. The woman who books it does a very good job. It was a lot of fun and it is well worth checking out.

When it comes to burlesque shows, it is old hat with me. Been there, done that and literally have a t-shirt to show for it, but this is not your everyday, run of the mill show. No, this is the longest running weekly show in LA and it has that fabulous distinction for a reason. Monday Night Tease definitely lived up to all the hype I heard for years all the way in Texas. I seriously had an absolute blast and even better, I loved the audience members and the bar staff. It seriously made the whole night just plain bad ass. The 3-Clubs has an intimate theater that allows for sitting and standing room, but you get a good view everywhere, and trust me… you want a great view. The guys and gals in the show were sexy, sassy and many times very hilarious. Monday Night Tease is known for their fabulous weekly themes and this week’s theme was something I could not miss. It was the Inglorious Burlesque Tarantino Tribute show and it was AWESOME! I love Tarantino films so I was in nerd paradise looking at so many great numbers full of hidden gems for fans. And to make the night even better, the club had themed cocktails which were OMNOMNOMMIE. So do yourself a favor, grab some friends, get some cocktails and enjoy some boobs. Parking in free and you will have a ton of fun.

Women of all shapes and sizes, professional, and truly gifted in the art of the tease. We could all learn a few things from watching them. It is a light hearted, entertaing, and tight show. Lots of laughs, and good fun. Great for couples, and a great place to go with girlfriends. The vibe is very casual and relaxed, and the show is always different.

This burlesque show was fun and sexy. The cover is $ 15 but if you don’t book tickets early, it’s standing room only which is pretty uncomfortable for the 1.5 hour show. The hostess was funny and campy and we were especially impressed by the tap dancer at the end. Overall though, the show we saw was more of a traditional burlesque show with emphasis on the girls undressing rather than their talents or creative acts. We had a good time but found it to be not as good as Red Hots burlesque in SF which is our baseline burlesque show.

I *loved* Monday night tease. Burlesque is fantastic because the women run the show and the performers love what they do. The atmosphere is lively and giddy. The performances are campy, lighthearted, and intimate. It’s refreshing to see female performers who are enjoying putting on a show and look like real women, who put together their own costumes and numbers. The tables are clustered tightly around the stage, making it easy for the audience to participate. And if that doesn’t work, the strong and cheap drinks will. Note: Don’t make the mistake of bringing your prudish friends who can’t stand the sight of a woman over the age of 25 or over a size 2. They suck and don’t deserve to have fun anyway. Monday night tease makes for a great laugh to get over the first day of the work week.

I had a great time at this Burlesque show! It’s $ 15 for the show and the drinks range from $ 5 – 10. Get there early to get a seat. Depends on the girls how great the show will be obviously. Each girl has her own theme, and some are better than others(generally the ones in the end are better). One girl just looked like a stripper shaking her booty at the one I attended, but the others all had a burlesque/theatrical performance. They include the audience sometimes(if it’s ur bday/bachelorette party) and the host is corny/funny. Def worth checking out if your looking for something to do on a Monday night near Hollywood. The audience was a bit older the night I went(40s average… a lot of them seemed like regulars).

The show is fun. Get there early. Finding a seat at all is rough. They charge u the same even if u have to stand. Host/creator was quite rude tonight. I’ve brought many people tosee the show and I’ve never once paid 15.00. But she basically called me a liar and said it’s always been 15.00. See if I bring anyone to see your show and help u get business again with that attitude.

Monday night. Best friends birthday. what to do what to do ? turn to Unilocal and find the best place to party! So taking the advice of fellow Unilocalers I decided to plan her bash here. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate! Cover charge for the show was more than worth it. Had a great time. I e-mailed only the day before and was able to reserve a spot for 14 people. They were very nice in dealing with me and responded quickly because i was worried they wouldn’t have enough room for us. Got there around 930… just in time for some pre– show drinkage! o.wow. $ 5 drink specials. okay so basically that USUALLY means $ 5 for ½ shot of nasty well booze in a watered down ice filled mixer. NOTHERE. whoa did they have a heavy hand! me likey! evvverrrrryyyybody likey. we got a nice buzz on in the bar area [ which has a lot of seating and cozy booths too] at 10 we grabbed more drinks and headed inside for the show! hilarious, sexy, amazing, fun filled, awesome. an all around great great time. Fun had by all. everyone wants to go back. if your itchin to go out on Monday night. Stop by and have yourself an unforgettable time.
