One star for effort and worrying about their business and another for friendly service. This review is going to turn 180 towards the end, sorry. Dr Visaya is extremely sweet and knowledgeable. I came here with pain due to the growth of my wisdom teeth and I had no insurance. They were very accomodating. The location is nice, close, ample parking(no validation) and they were located on the second floor of the plaza. After the Doc’s assessment, she referred me to an oral surgeon(whom I thoroughly recommend). EDIT: With that said, it should be known that explicit exploitation of my mother’s kindness and dental insurance is not and should not be acceptable in this day and age.(and by the way her dentures look jacked up, don’t tell her I told you guys… Why would there be a plastic hanging spot in front of her teeth, looks like a permanent white cheese string– she doesn’t smile as big anymore, makes me tear up but what can we do, that was pricey). My mother’s referral to me was good enough business but lo and behold we got a bill for five Benjamins for a professional fee that we gladly ignored. When confronted, all they said was that it was HELP and it would be a gracious gift(in sacrilege of our mother tongue.) That left us speechless after that and this reminded us of the true nature of relying on our«kin.» Pure manipulation and begging. They had high scores in our books too. That quickly went down the nonexistent sewers of the Philippines.
