Moraga Student Housing

Fantastic business! These other reviews are really biased. Moraga Student Housing is great! They have so many properties and options, pricing from a wide range of low to high to fit individuals or even groups. Beautiful buildings and interiors!

They sucks. If you are an international student, you better be careful. They altered my contract because i was careless and my English wasn’t good at that time. But when i told them i was going to move out, they told me they can give me 30% off, which was a trick to delay my written notice. But, at the beginning of the following month they asked me for 100% rent. And i couldn’t move out because i hadn’t given them the notice; therefore, i was tricked to pay another whole month’s rent.
The first 10 days, they didn’t have gas and hot water, i was told that gas would be done next day from the first day i moved in!!! And the room smells very bad, because it’s newly decorated. And walls between each houses are very thin, you can hear other people talking in next room.
